Review: All Good Funk Alliance strike again with their brand of funky percussion heavy beats, live bass, all building to a horn line that will make the party move. Malente (Unique) strips down the track to raw beats and bass for their remix. You also get "Get Busy" a thick breaks cut.
Review: Discovering that someone has edited an all time classic can often fill you with dread, but anyone who's aware of the Bloodfire track record need not worry as they seem to have come up trumps again. This outing takes on the Syreeta classic "To Know You Is To Love You". They have added a kick (gasp!) making it more dancefloor friendly, but even this is added with a subtlety that others in this field could learn from. The dub takes us in another dancefloor direction altogether and you would hardly recognise the original in this. Nice work.
Review: Discoconductor aka Beatfanatic on his own label, Dicey. Smoking remixes & edits of two of his best tracks 'Jogando Capoeira' & 'Crazy In Kingston' + 'Disco Rhythms', an awesome midtempo disco track.
Review: Legendary NYC hip-hop DJ Marley Marl collecting some of the legendary breaks and beats from the West End catalog on this essential tool for party DJs. Loads of recognizable beats on this one - including Loose Joints "Is It All Over My Face" and "Sessomatto", Tanna Gardner's "Heartbeat".
