Review: Not a lot is known about the talent behind this anonymous white 10" besides heavily hushed rumours and hearsay. Focusing on the source is superfluous when the beat chat as eloquently as they do on this one sided slab.Soaked in treacle-thick subs and lorry loads of reverb, it's a deep-seeded meditative joint that's far more dub than it is step. With a yearning, spacious dynamic laced throughout, this will warm up a dance with real slow burning appeal.

Review: Clandestine version business on a one sided 10" white label as "Give Dem" from Shabba Ranks' gets the 20,000 league deep subaquatic finish it's always needed but never deserved. Processing the vocals for a barbed, subtly demonic affect and emphasising the pure weight of the drums, whoever Themosthigh truly is, they're in a very special place right here.

Review: Now on their eight release, J.Robinson's TheMostHigh continues to mystify, murk and master the game with its mysterious dispatches. "Lessons" continues the high grade sub strain message with a heavy pressure bassline and shattering reverbed snares, downpitched vocals and excursions into tripped out FX. Look out for the sudden shards of skank cutting through the dubby fog with sunlight vibrancy... Only to disappear without a trace moments later. A little like these limited pressings.

Review: Since launching back in 2015, The Most High series has delivered a swathe of killer dancefloor vibrations, all of which are of mysterious origin. Their latest un-credited, single-sided salvo is another high-grade workout for those who like their productions delay-laden and irie. "Jah Not Dead" is nominally a deep dubstep cut, though its stepping riddim, horn-heavy samples and Rastafarian vocalizations are closer to traditional dub than DMZ or Techtonic plates. Either way, it's the kind of well produced, bootleg cut that will sound suitably righteous when booming out of a proper reggae sound system.
