Track 1
Review: Wall of Sound originally dropped the Give 'em Enough Dope series way back in the nineties. Volume Three came in 1996 and is known amongst fans as ofd the best best of the lot. It rounds up house, big beat, downtempo, jungle, drum & bass and more from a wide array of artists. The whole thing is now being reissued on double vinyl and CD and features plenty of classics from enduring names like Les Rythmes Digitales, Q-Burns Abstract Message, Russ Gabriel's Audio Spectrum*, basement jazz, Faze Action and many more. A real classic from the vaults, for sure.

We Enter (Optical remix v2.0)
We Enter (Optical remix v3.0 (instrumental))
Review: This record is part of a new remix bundle by Ryme Tyme, a veteran MC and producer from London who has worked with artists such as Ed Rush, Optical, Fierce, Trace, and Bad Company. 'We Enter' is one of his classic tracks from 1999, eschewing his MCing for a neat exercise in raw techstep and electrifying chordwork. Originally somewhat famous for its breakdance music video, the original track actually doesn't appear here, owing to its apparent dwarfing by several more neurofunky remixes from Optical. Optical made several versions of the remix, versions two and three of which appear here.

Hoovers & Spraycans (Dylan 2001 remix)
Hoovers & Spraycans (original 91 mix)
Review: All-time classic UK breaks track from Choci of Choci's Chewns fame. This is the 2001 re-release which features the original 1991 version backed up with a d&b remix from Dylan. Dylan's mix turns into a massive old school breaks weapon when played at 33rpm, with the same heavy, tripped-out funky vibe as Kaotic Chemistry's 'LSD' when played at the same speed.

Review: 'Who Still Kill Sound?' aka Vol 2, for the bits that didn't fit on Kill Sound Before Sound Kills You. More nails in the coffin, purging the soul, flogging a dead laptop, milking the cow dry, cleaning out the hard drive, stuff that didn't fit anywhere else, stuff that maybe doesn't even fit here. Ingredients: two booming thematically linked neo-rave breakbeat tracks, one live acidhouse basement party jam, two rinsing ragga jungle slammers, four booty bass bouncers/two with vocals from Sue Cie of Gold Chains fame, one crunked up DJ screw tribute, one unfinished Cex remix, one sweet Emo monosynth song Kid did when 17 in lots of pain after coming home from the orthodontist, one really good different version of a remix Kid did for Com.a, and 2 gabber blowouts Kid made to finish live shows with to try and crush the soundsystem while still retaining a element of danceable fun musical enjoyment (you can decide how it all came out). Add all new artwork from Joel Trussell, the man responsible for the 'Illness' video and the illustrations from Ksb4sku and you've got the newest Kid606 joint in your hands!

When the curtain is pulled back and this dark monster of funk uncoils, the confidence job is complete, the pressure shattering. You will be taken in, as have the legions of fans and DJ's who've joined the game, Andy C, Ed Rush, Mampi Swift, and Bryan Gee included.

Punishing 2004 (feat MC SKM)
Review: Canada's Venetian Snares continues his worldwide sucker-punch assault with what is very possibly the heaviest gun in his arsenal: "Infolepsy". Like the title suggests, Mr. Funk delivers an EP that will make your body move like you're having a seizure. From destruction of the Sesame Street pinball song, the desecration of Uma Thurman, and the deconstruction and reconstruction of "punishing the atoms" snares lambast you like they haven't since Shitfuckers. This is Venetian Snares as you grew to love him; cranking out the sickest, cleanest, densest, most full-on breakcore you'll ever hear. Coredump records in its mission to diversify and bring you quality electronic music is excited to be unleashing Venetian Snares' latest bastard child so it can steal the lunch money from Rosemary's baby. This is the real future of the broken beat.

Review: "Hub Cab" is a bouncing techno-funk groove, swamped by pounding bass, rattling percussion and filtered stabs. It's energy is relentless. "Backdraft" has a more sinister edge. Review: First Enduser record on the well known British d'n'b label Outbreak. Loud, hard and extremely efficient, this 12" sees Enduser leaving the fast breaks and the voice samples behind, and focusing on twisting the usual d'n'b formula into something harder and noisier than usual. A compromise between breakcore and hard d'n'b, this record ends up being very tasteful, catchy, and powerful. Recommended.

Lost Scrolls
Review: Re-issue of this little gem on Ink’s Architecture. Architecture 19 sees the debut of Fission, a producer straight out of Puerto Rico. With forthcoming releases on Metalheadz and Renegade Hardware this producer is set to cement his name in the scene. "2012" is, as the name suggests, futuristic. Starting off with some film-like effects, Fission sets the pace for an energy-driven track which delivers excitement from start to finish with choppy beats and ruff tumbling bass. "Lost Scrolls" uses much of the same foundations as "2012". Deep chord effects take the lead with low cascading effects to keep the track constantly moving forwards.
