Psyk and Orbe have been doing plenty of great work together and now they are back for more with a third collaborative EP, this time on Orbe's own label, Orbe Records. This 12" kicks off with the deep and cavernous, dubbed out and soot-black techno of 'Polymer' before 'Elastic Figure' layers up rumbling bass with fizzy synths that zip over the face of the track. The B-side trio takes in the urgent 'Blinding', expertly reduced minimalism of 'Suspension' and creepy subterranean sounds of 'Matteria'. A tasteful EP of stripped back and effective deep techno.
