Chiraya represents the dirty "LO-FI" part of house and techno music in the 135 bpm range. It's about distortion, a simple workflow and a playful and diverse sound with a direct reference to the 90's

Both Fredrik & Alexander been dj'ing since the beginning of 2000, and got a solid list of gigs both in Norway and abroad. They started producing together i 2011 under other aliases, and formed Chiraya in 2015

In 2016 they debuted under the name Chiraya with two EP´s on Tripmastaz label Plant 74. Followed by their first vinyl along with UC Beatz on Entrepôt Records. Which is where they also released their first solo EP: Skranglebass.

In December 2019 they teamed up with Ploink Records and released their debut album: Gespenster.

Chiraya continues to play with machines in the studio with a passion for raw and distorted techno-inspired house.
