Like the cold precision of the breaks and Reeses that make this one up, it's pure economics. From the very beginning of opener 'Sunless Sky', jungle riffage is effortlessly embedded in nighttime bass, while Cetacean sound effects echo and twirl about the midrange. The abyssal sonic trend continues through nightcalls 'Cosmic Energy', 'Stargate' and 'Prophecy'. Likening drum n' bass to the cosmos, as it should be, this is a monumentally spaced-out release.
