The Resor 3300 is Resor's latest addition to the rotary mixers. It features a fully discrete class-A Master Isolator, 3-Band EQ per channel, a dedicated Microphone input with volume control, four Phono/Line preamps, Urei-style knobs, and more.

With this model, Resor bring an all-new discrete master Isolator developed over six months. The new class-A circuitry carries over the 24 dB /Oct filters, crossover frequencies, bypass Relay, and a "full cut" to a maximum boost of +12 dB. With the staggering number of components, including 28 BJT and 32 FET transistors, Resor have achieved outstanding performance in sound and measures.

The 3-band channel EQ is an entirely new design. It brings a fresh set of frequency curves and attenuation levels across all three bands, a lower noise floor, and retaining the discrete Op-Amp on duty.

There is a different curve across these two segments, with the Isolator having a more pronounced sweep and colour. In use, this means that per channel, you get to craft your sound via the EQ and then craft further still with a different tonal balance with the Isolator.

Across the EQ and Isolator, plenty of headroom is available across all frequency ranges, providing plenty of control when crafting the audio.

Each of its four channels features hi-fi Phono and Line inputs. With Phono preamps delivering 44 dB of Gain, both vinyl and digital are well-balanced. Further refinements on the Phono preamps gave us even more pleasing dynamics, headroom, and a broader frequency spectrum.

Resor offer an additional element of customisation that one can specify when they place their order, ranging from adding an FX-bus, changing the combination of colours for the faceplate to different wood finishes and knob options.

The unit has a USB Type-C port for PC/Mac connection, so you can use rekordbox for Mac/Windows in Performance mode or Serato DJ Pro*1 and there's no need for a paid subscription plan for either. And, if you use the Wi-Fir connection for rekordbox Link Export, you can conveniently access tracks from your PC/Mac or mobile device without needing to plug in cables.*2

Optimal motor control is conducted for the inertial mass of the two-layer structure platter on which the vinyl record is placed with deadening rubber on the entire back surface to eliminate unwanted resonance in the aluminium die-cast platter to eliminate the rotation irregularity called cogging. The aluminium die-cast chassis is rigidly integrated with a special material consisting of ABS mixed with glass fibre to achieve a two-layer construction. Complete Turntable with a Built-in Phono Equalizer and Cartridge In order to enjoy playing analogue records more comfortably, the SL-1500C features a built-in phono equalizer and bundled cartridge. There is no need to separately prepare either one, making it easy to link with a wide range of audio equipment. The shield structure of the built-in phono equalizer suppresses the effects of external noise and noise from the power supply. It is also equipped with a switch to turn the LINE output off when it is not being used. The turntable has been designed to thoroughly shut-out adverse effects to the PHONO output. The dedicated power supply for the PHONO output terminal is isolated from the power supply for the LINE output terminal, and has been designed to prioritize sound quality by minimising the wiring of the PHONO signal. The isolated terminals also prevent wiring mistakes. An Ortofon 2M RED cartridge, which is highly acclaimed as an MM cartridge, has been selected for the bundled cartridge. Combining this high-quality cartridge with the performance of the SL-1500C will maximise the sound quality of vinyl records.

When the tonearm reaches the end of the record, the Auto Lifter function automatically raises the cartridge. This prevents unnecessary wear on your valuable vinyl records and stylus. By embedding the Auto Lifter function in the base portion of the tonearm, it eliminates impacts to the tonearm. Due to a simple design that doesn't use motor power, there is no electrical or vibrational impact and it will not prevent the movement of the tonearm. In response to requests from many users regarding the Auto Lifter function, a design that prioritises sound quality was adopted. Coreless Direct Drive Motor Achieving Stable Rotation

The direct drive system uses a slow-turning motor to directly drive the platter. This system has various advantages. It offers high performance, such as rotation accuracy and powerful torque, does not require replacement of parts and maintains high reliability over a long period of time. On the other hand, the direct drive system was said to produce a rotation irregularity called cogging. For the SL-1210MK7, a new coreless direct drive motor was developed. This motor employs a coreless stator. The removal of the core (iron core) from the stator eliminated the root cause of cogging. Furthermore, the magnetic force of the rotor magnets was improved to the highest possible level, and the gap between the coreless stator and rotor magnets was optimised, thus achieving high-torque-performance equalling that of the SL-1210MK5. Boasting smooth rotation and powerful torque, this motor reproduces sound accurately and faithfully from the groove on an analogue record.

Diverse New Functions Adapt to Various Playing Styles

Torque / Brake Speed Adjustment

The newest digital motor control technology, accumulated through the development of Blu-ray disc products, is applied to improve adjustment by allowing the torque and brake speed to be adjusted individually in four steps.

The Pitch Control Function

The pitch control function allows fine adjustment of the rotation speed within i8% / i16%. It does this through digital control, from positional detection of the slider to rotational control of the motor, eliminating the unnecessary DA conversion. This greatly improves tracking performance to achieve accurate and stable pitch adjustment.

Reverse Play Function

The reverse play function, which brings forth new possibilities of creative performance, makes its first appearance in the SL-1210 Series. In addition to 33-1/3 rpm and 45 rpm, a rotation speed of 78 rpm is supported.

High Sensitive Tonearm

Omnitronic TRM-422: the rotary mixer on a new level

The desired child- Omnitronic's popular TRM series has been expanded: the TRM-422 combines all the proven features of the previous models, but additionally offers functions that numerous fans had wished for. During the development of the mixer, the focus was on the demands and suggestions of the community.

Full control- Each of the 4 input channels has 2 line inputs, one of which can become a phono input at the touch of a button. The channels are each equipped with a volume as well as a gain control. In addition to the master isolator (bass, mid & high), the DJ has the option to activate a filter with HPF, BPF, LPF, resonance and sweep controls in each of the 4 input channels.

The master output is available to the DJ in both XLR and RCA versions.

Effect ways- The use of external effect devices is possible through an FX-In and FX-Out via 6.3 mm jack. The mixer's master insert is also equipped with a send & return (unbalanced) path. This allows additional external effects to be looped into the mixer.

DVS integration- The mixer's timecode outputs allow easy integration of a DVS system (Digital Vinyl System) such as Traktor or Serato.

The HS Series embodies the design philosophy on which Yamaha has long insisted for its studio monitors, and is now available as a special paired model that uses selected volume parts. Omnitronic TRM-422: the rotary mixer on a new level

The desired child- Omnitronic's popular TRM series has been expanded: the TRM-422 combines all the proven features of the previous models, but additionally offers functions that numerous fans had wished for. During the development of the mixer, the focus was on the demands and suggestions of the community.

Full control- Each of the 4 input channels has 2 line inputs, one of which can become a phono input at the touch of a button. The channels are each equipped with a volume as well as a gain control. In addition to the master isolator (bass, mid & high), the DJ has the option to activate a filter with HPF, BPF, LPF, resonance and sweep controls in each of the 4 input channels.

The master output is available to the DJ in both XLR and RCA versions.

Effect ways- The use of external effect devices is possible through an FX-In and FX-Out via 6.3 mm jack. The mixer's master insert is also equipped with a send & return (unbalanced) path. This allows additional external effects to be looped into the mixer.

DVS integration- The mixer's timecode outputs allow easy integration of a DVS system (Digital Vinyl System) such as Traktor or Serato.

Like its predecessors, the TRM-222 is equipped with a 3-band master frequency isolator, which uses classic ALPS rotary potentiometers (Blue Velvet RK27) for precise sound control. The kill characteristic allows bass, midrange and treble to be completely cancelled out, giving DJs creative freedom in shaping their sound.

The switchable filter section with HPF, BPF, LPF, resonance and sweep controls allows creative processing of the frequency bands. Two stereo input channels with gain control, clip LED, 3-band EQ and phono/line switching as well as a microphone input channel with gain control, 2-band EQ and on-air switch extend the mixer's range of applications. The LED level display for the master signal (L+R) and cue signal provide a good overview.

New functions at the request of users

During the further development of the mixer, great importance was attached to feedback from the community. Platter Play - Creative Platter Pitch Control:
Platter Play mode allows users to control the platter's pitch via the performance pads, opening up new possibilities for musical live performances and turning the RP-8000 MK2 into a legitimate musical instrument. A total of 22 scales and 34 notes are at your disposal with an option to create up to 9 user-defined scales. The two speed select buttons can be used for pitch bending in Platter Play mode and also to respectively increase or decrease the audio material's pitch in steps of one half-tone. Furthermore, the platter's speed can also be controlled via an external MIDI keyboard.

High-Resolution Pitch Section with Digital Fader:
By using the high-resolution pitch fader, you can adjust the platter speed in the classic turntable pitch range +/-8%. The RP-8000 MK2 is also cable of a wider, DJ-friendly +/- 16% pitch range and a massive +/-50% ultra-pitch, allowing for increased creativity when manipulating and mixing records. If quartz lock is active, the platter speed will remain unaffected by the fader position and will spin at zero pitch (0%).

Powerful Motor with Extensive Adjustment Possibilities:
The fine-tuned, quartz-driven motor with digital pitch correction operates at a starting torque of 2.8kg/cm, which can be adjusted up to a maximum of 4.5kg/cm. Unless your vinyl has scratches, these pops and clicks are caused by dust and dirt that has been collected in the grooves. Also, contamination by air pollution from the traffic outside, cooking fat, grease and tobacco smoke can cause a tough film to form on the surface of the record. Sometimes even moulds and fungi are present if the records have been stored for a prolonged period of time in a humid environment. The set includes a high quality goat hair brush, concentrate for one litre of cleaning fluid, a special stainless steel record clamp with rubber rings to protect the label during washing, and a dust-cover. With just one single button, you can control the direction of the rotation of the platter (clockwise or counter clockwise), and activate the vacuum arm. Instead of having to change vacuum arms for different record formats, the Tonar Wash & Dry uses only one arm with a switch button to change between 7", 10" and 12" records. The vacuum system of the Tonar Wash & Dry is extremely silent, yet very powerful. The vacuum will collect all the liquid in a reservoir inside of the device.

The wastewater level can be read-off on right hand side of the machine, and can be easily emptied with the hose.

But why would you need to clean something you've literally just purchased? Nearly every new vinyl record is positively charged with static electricity. The static charge attracts dust and particles in the immediate proximity, including tiny paper fibers from the sleeve.
