Room With A View vinyl

New UK imprint that has previously offered up material by the likes of Australian dusty kid Mall Grab now hands the reins to Stephane 1993 aka Stephen Karmaniolos, now also known as Stephen be Calm, supposedly a new alias for his "more slow and raw sounding productions". But other than the sublime deep house opener "Room With A View" we found these jams to be rather fierce and altogether quite pleasant in that regard! Be prepared for some grainy and lo-fi grooves that are sure pack a stomp. On the A side, there's also the gutsy and undeniably Rene Pawlowitz influenced warehouse techno of "Never Come Back". On the flip, the rusty and clattering junkyard techno of "Pass Me Tha R71" is pretty damn infectious and reminiscent of the likes of Randomer.
