Rawls tap into deep lineage with 'Native Sons Part 2', a limited 7" pulling heavyweight verses from Black Thought, Busta Rhymes, De La Soul and Jungle Brothers' Mike G and Afrika. It's a sprawling nod to the Native Tongues era, retooled for now; lyrically dense, spiritually charged, and anchored by Rawls' crisp, jazz-touched production.
