Notes: Build upon the legacy of our famous nEar05 models, the new aktiv 05 near field reference monitor take professional level 5" near field monitoring speakers for the entry level to yet another level.

The monitor boasts an ultra-flat low frequency response with its newly designed larger silk dome tweeter and the top quality kevlar 5" driver delivers unparalleled punch in the low-mid frequency - a major improvement over the paper and polypropylene drivers used in most comparable products. ESI was the first vendor using kevlar for studio monitors in this price range as material inside the low frequency driver. Other vendors have since copied our idea, however there is much more to excellent sound of aktiv 05. A new tuning of all components by our engineers in Germany and the use of the completelely new crossover design, turn aktiv 05 into yet another milestone in the ESI studio monitor legacy.

Optionally an aktiv 05 based monitoring system can be expanded with a subwoofer like our aktiv 10s. aktiv 05 is the perfect alternative to our higher end uniK 05+ reference monitor if you are on a budget.

Notes: MoCo is a fully passive monitor controller that helps you to provide perfect control over the playback volume of your studio monitors.

"Fully passive" means that there are no active components involved, that could in any way alter the audio signal - keeping the maximum sound quality level for your studio monitors. MoCo provides two separate stereo inputs (one with balanced 1/4" TRS connectors, one with both unbalanced RCA and unbalanced 1/8" TRS connectors) and two separate stereo outputs (one with balanced XLR connectors, one with balanced / unbalanced 1/4" TRS plus unbalanced 1/8" TRS connectors). MoCo does not change your signals from unbalanced to balanced: what goes in, goes out!

Via one switch you can select the input signal and with separate buttons, each output can be enabled. Also there is a switch that changes the monitor signal to mono and you can mute the playback audio signal quickly at the touch of a button. A quick swap of the left and right audio signal channels is also possible. And of course, the stylish big knob in the center of MoCo controls the actual playback volume.

Small, portable and perfect for your podcasting or live streaming applications

This stylish 24-bit / 192 kHz USB-C audio interface is so small, it will instantly become your new companion on the go and in your studio. Neva Uno is USB bus powered and Plug & Play, just plug it in and start working! It works with any modern Mac (Intel or M1 CPU or better), PC (Windows 10 and higher) and with many portable devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.). One XLR/jack combo input will take either your microphone or line signal, while the second 1/4" jack input accepts line or Hi-Z guitar signals. The inputs feature a mic preamp with up to 50dB gain and 48V phantom power support and the analog-to-digital converter provides 97db(a) dynamic range. On the output side, there is an integrated headphone amplifier and stereo line RCA outputs with a digital-to-analog converter with 107dB(a) dynamic range, allowing you to connect a mixer, amplifier or active speakers. You can monitor incoming audio signals with zero latency, just push the direct monitor button.

Neva Uno is compatible with virtually all common audio software thanks to the professional low latency ASIO 2.0 driver for Windows and CoreAudio compatibility on the Mac. There is even a DirectWIRE hardware loopback function that allows you to route and mix different sound sources internally: perfect for podcasting or live streaming applications.

All this turns Neva Uno into an ideal device to get started in the world of digital audio recording, no matter if you create your own music, if you want to mix and edit audio, if you work on your podcast or even for live streaming. The uniK 05+ studio monitor offers true full range quality with extended low end in a small case and an entirely new signal processing and amplifier unit with a perfect order low-z and low noise design. Mos-Fet Bi-amplification ensures a high slew-rate and fast setting, featuring true analog vintage sound processing with LC-like gyrator technology for a stressless and silky sound.

A completely new feature is the unique one knob sound character adjustment from smooth to bright, allowing you to change parameters for every room and preference. The tweeter features a newly upgraded magnetostatic design with extremely low moving mass for extended frequency and fast transient response and high sound resolution. The matching woofer consists of a kevlar composite cone with high stiffness ensuring better piston motion and excellent low-end sound reproduction.

Another new feature is the flexible rubber feet with discrete height adjustment. They are not only helpful to reduce unwanted vibrations, but also allow you to tilt the speaker towards the precise listening point - a great feature for typical near field applications.

Other new special features that are not standard in this class are standby to save power consumption (can be disabled) and a ground lift switch.
