Review: This astounding collection mostly documents the beloved Aussie indie pop duo's 21st century output. On vinyl, there's the first re-pressings of the last three studio albums The Friends of Rachel Worth, Bright Yellow Bright Orange & Oceans Apart and a new album comprised of a live acoustic radio session they recorded for German radio in 1999. On CD, are b-sides, radio sessions, and rare, hard to find demos and previously unreleased tracks. Plus, there's archival materials, liner notes and essays in a 112-page book. As songwriters of the highest order with melodic genius and lyrical brilliance this is solid collection that warrants delving down an obsessive wormhole. Hats off to their surviving member Robert Forster for being such a brilliant custodian of their work. It's a momentous tribute to co-founding member, the late, great Grant McLennan.
