Audio interfaces

On a basic level, audio interfaces feel like quite simple bits of kit: they get sound into your computer and back out again, allowing you to hook studio monitors up to your DAW and record signals from hardware like synths, drum machines and microphones. That being said, there are big differences in features and sound quality from different interfaces. Generally speaking, more expensive audio interfaces offer better sound quality, more inputs and outputs and/or additional features like monitoring controls, built-in compressors and even digital effects. But at every price point there are lots of options, designed to suit different approaches to making music.

IK Multimedia iRig 2 Audio Interface For iPhone iPod Touch iPad Mac & Android
Cat: 560800 Rel: 06 Mar 15

The sequel to the best-selling iRig guitar interface with 1/4" amplifier output for use with an external amplifier without an adapter
Notes: The sequel to the most popular guitar interface of all time!

iRig 2 is the new and improved version of the groundbreaking and best selling iRig guitar interface. Featuring everything you loved about iRig, it has powerful sound and streamlined convenience, and it packs essential new features like versatile gain control, a 1/4" amplifier output and Android compatibility into its sleek pocketable enclosure.

Now everyone can plug in their guitar or bass to enjoy killer tone on their iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac or Android device - with the release of iRig 2, the world's most popular guitar interface is better than ever before.

If you loved iRig's versatility, you'll love what iRig 2 brings to the table. Its new 1/4" output jack lets you use iRig 2 with an amplifier as a part of your live rig without the use of an adaptor.

This opens up a whole world of opportunities when paired with AmpliTube, IK's powerful guitar and bass multi-effects processor. It provides you with a vast library of meticulously modeled virtual stompbox effects, amplifiers and other gear that you can use as a part of your physical rig when you're jamming with friends, at a practice session, in the recording studio or performing live. Or, if you want to be discreet, plug your headphones into the included 1/8" headphone output.

Even better is that iRig 2 features a switch that lets you select between a processed signal and a clean "thru" input signal. This means you can also use your mobile device as a tuner, recorder or other tool while preserving the purity of a 100% analog signal path.

iRig 2 is there to help you make your practice and performance sessions as easy as possible. It comes with a microphone stand mount and Velcro strip that allow you to easy attach it for performance alongside other convenient tools like IK's iKlip range of mic supports for all sizes of smartphones and tablets.

iRig 2 has been made to be compatible with the widest range of instruments and mobile devices possible. Its built-in universal 1/8" TRRS output connector gives you a true plug-and-play experience with your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac or Android device.

Likewise, its 1/4" instrument input works with your guitar, bass or any line-level instrument. Just plug into it like you would into a stompbox or amplifier. It's as simple as that.

And because volume levels vary from instrument to instrument and from device to device, iRig 2 comes equipped with an input gain control knob that lets you dial in the perfect setting for your setup. You'll get great sound quality no matter whether you have a wailing 3 humbucker electric guitar running into your Samsung Galaxy Note 4 or a jazzy archtop connected to your iPhone 6.

Got an Android smartphone or tablet? Great! iRig 2's 1/8" output connector is compatible with many popular Android devices produced by manufacturers like Samsung, LG, Motorola, HTC and more - any device with an 1/8" input that supports the CTIA/AHJ wiring standard works with iRig 2.

Additionally, users with Android devices that support Samsung Professional Audio can enjoy AmpliTube for Android, a special version of the popular multi-effects processor that brings a full spread of meticulously modeled virtual gear to the Android platform.

With iRig 2, you'll be able to enjoy IK's full range of AmpliTube apps (the #1 app for guitar players). It's ready to go right out of the box. It comes with a powerful cross-platform suite of apps and software that includes free versions of AmpliTube for iOS, Android and Mac/PC.

To use, just download your preferred version for iOS from the App Store or for Android from the Google Play Store or from Samsung GALAXY Apps. Then plug your guitar or bass into iRig 2, plug your amplifier or headphones into your device and launch the app.

Immediately you'll see something very familiar: a complete guitar rig. AmpliTube recreates your entire guitar or bass signal chain in your mobile device and also - depending on your device - provides you with other advanced features, like multi-track recording and editing, high-quality export and more.

And while iRig 2 is the ideal companion to AmpliTube, it also works with any other recording, processing, tuning or music app.

AmpliTube is always growing, and we add great sounding and fun new gear models on a regular basis. The in-app purchase feature lets you expand your AmpliTube app whenever and however you want. You can start your journey into this universe of tone with AmpliTube FREE, and then add to your collection of gear at your own pace.

- 96kHz Digital Audio with 24-bit A/D conversion
- 1/4" Amp output jack with switchable output "FX" and "Thru"
- 1/8" Headphone output with preamp and level control
- Comes with microphone stand mounting clip and Velcro strip

iRig HD 2 fits easily in your pocket and connects directly to your Lightning and USB devices - so no matter which iPad, iPhone, Mac or PC you have, you're ready to rock at a moment's notice. There's no complicated setup - just plug in and play.

A higher level - the iRig HD 2 difference:
- Do a quick study of the guitar interfaces out there and immediately you'll see what we mean by a "higher level". Only iRig HD 2 gives you so many player-centric features in such a compact, affordable and professional level mobile guitar interface. And, since we pioneered the mobile music revolution and invented the mobile guitar interface way back around the dawn of prehistoric smartphone times, we know a few things about playing guitar on the go. When we say, "a higher level," we mean you simply won't find better with this many features and this much value.

24-bit/96kHz pristine noiseless sound:
- First and foremost, iRig HD 2 simply sounds amazing. It features superior digital audio quality with premium 24-bit A/D converters and a 96kHz sample rate - the highest in its class i for a crystal clear digital signal that's free from noise and crosstalk. This pure high resolution conversion lets your guitar's natural performance tone come through loud and clear when playing and recording on your iPad, iPhone, Mac or PC. Its super-transparent preamp ensures that every nuance - from the pickups, wood tone, string size, nut material, electronics, and every other reason you picked "that" guitar in the first place is accurately communicated to your device with zero coloration or interference. And because of its 96kHz sample rate, the depth and clarity of your sound will simply floor you - iRig HD 2 sounds amazing.

Amp Out with dual mode switch:
- One of the things that makes the iRig HD 2 unique is the ability to send your processed signal directly to a guitar amp without the need for special conversion adapters. iRig HD 2 features an unbalanced 1/4" Amp Out jack that you can use to send your processed or unprocessed guitar signal to an external amplifier, floor tuner or completely different rig setup for live performance. The Amp Out jack features a dual mode switch allowing you to choose what type of signal you want to send to your amp.
- The "FX" setting sends your processed signal, or the sound coming out of your software/app to the external device. This is perfect when you want to use your iPad or Laptop as your effects pedalboard, your amp's front end or complete tone rig in a live setting. The "Thru" setting sends your guitar's dry, unprocessed signal directly to the out jack, allowing you to use a floor-based or rack tuner, a pedalboard or even an additional full-on stage rig. Plus as an added performance feature, iRig HD 2 has an integrated microphone stand "clip" and Velcro strap so you can secure it to a mic stand on stage for live performance.

Integrated headphone out, iPhone 7 ready
- If you're contemplating upgrading to the latest and greatest iPhone, then listen up. iRig HD 2 sports a new 1/8" (3.5mm) headphone jack with preamp and level control integrated into the unit so you can monitor your recording and playing... even if your device doesn't feature a headphone jack. Pretty smart. But this is no ordinary standard "headphone" jack - it features a high-resolution headphone preamp that optimizes the audio signal for full range playback and monitoring. You can also use this output to send a stereo signal out to a mixing console or a pair of powered monitors like iLoud Micro Monitor.

On stage or in the studio, RTP/Network-MIDI capability means you are no longer constrained by cable length or limited USB ports. Stack multiple interfaces and computers on a network for ultimate scalability and flexibility.

Even though it's iConnectivity's most powerful MIDI interface, mioXL is still accessible to all users, allowing you to do whatever you want with MIDI faster, better, and in creative and exciting new ways.

What makes mioXL unique? The iConnectivity difference.

Next-gen Ethernet RTP MIDI adds massive capability and flexiibily

iConnectivity's next generation RTP/Network- MIDI capabilities, and what they'll do for you.

Ethernet connectivity gives you up to 330ft / 100m connection between you and your interface. Drop an interface in every room of your studio, or place an interface virtually anywhere in a venue.

RTP/Network-MIDI is not bound by some of the same restrictions as USB-MIDI.

Easy renaming of network ports - have them show up the way you want them to in your DAW.

Access to more than 22 ports per interface.

iConnectivity's unique network technology is as easy to use as USB! Enjoy your new-found MIDI power without extra headaches.

Use your 22 network MIDI ports anyway you want. Connect each of the 22 RTP-MIDI sessions to any combination of physical or virtual I/O ports. Almost any combination is possible.

Configuring mioXL:
Introducing a new version of iConnectivity's Auracle control software: taking the simplicity of workflow that the original Auracle introduced but now with the added deep configuration functionality that iConnectivity are known for. RME Digiface USB 66-Channel Bus-Powered USB 2.0 ADAT Audio Interface
Cat: 641232 Rel: 31 Mar 17

66-channel bus-powered USB 2.0 ADAT audio interface
Notes: *** Complimentary warranty on this product for 5 years if purchased from Juno- UK warranty only***

This compact, portable and lightweight audio interface (only 220 g /0.49 lbs) transfers digital audio data in SPDIF and ADAT format to Windows and Mac computers.

The latest Plug and Play technology guarantees a simple installation, even for the inexperienced user. Numerous unique features as well as RME's robust drivers enable a quick, efficient and comfortable operation of the Digiface USB.

The Digiface USB is an extremely compact & portable digital audio interface with 4 optical ADAT / SPDIF I/Os, and an analog high-quality line/phones output via 6.3 mm TRS jack. Continuing the legacy of RME's famous HDSP Digiface, a triple ADAT I/O interface with phones and PCI interface, Digiface USB simplifies connection with USB 2, does not need an external power supply, and even adds another optical I/O, resulting in 32 channels input and output each when using ADAT optical.

The analog output hosts channels 33/34, and can be used freely thanks to TotalMix FX, RME's routing and monitoring solution that knows nearly no limits in routing and mixing (the Digiface USB does not include FX).

Each single optical port can use either ADAT (up to 8 channels) or SPDIF (stereo). While the inputs adapt automatically to the received signal format, the outputs can be individually switched between ADAT and SPDIF operation. Supported are SMUX and SMUX4. Therefore at 192 kHz either 8 channels via 4 x SPDIF or ADAT are possible on both inputs and outputs.

Its small size, weight and bus-powered operation make the Digiface USB extremely versatile and useful. It could even serve as simple headphone amp for mobile use.

Like all the latest RME interfaces, the Digiface USB also includes the powerful digital real-time mixer TotalMix FX. It allows for practically unlimited mixing and routing operations, with all inputs and playback channels simultaneously, to any hardware outputs. The Digiface USB does not have a DSP, so there are no FX available. Still it includes a dedicated Control Room section with Talkback, Main/Phones, fader groups, mute groups, complete remote controllability via Mackie or OSC protocol, and much more.

Here are some typical applications for TotalMix:

- Setting up delay-free submixes (headphone mixes). The Digiface USB allows for up to 17 fully independent stereo submixes. On an analog mixing desk, this would equal 34 Aux sends.
- Unlimited routing of inputs and outputs (free utilisation, patchbay functionality).
- Distributing signals to several outputs at a time. TotalMix offers state-of-the-art splitter and distributor functions.
- Simultaneous playback of different programs via a single stereo output. The ASIO multiclient driver supports the usage of several programs at the same time. When done on different playback channels TotalMix provides the means to mix and monitor these on a single stereo output.
- Mixing of the input signal to the playback signal (complete ASIO Direct Monitoring). RME not only is the pioneer of ADM, but also offers the most complete implementation of the ADM functions.
- Integration of external devices. Use TotalMix to insert external effects devices, be it in the playback or in the record path. Depending on the current application, the functionality equals insert or effects send and effects return, for example as used during real-time monitoring when adding some reverb to the vocals.
- Every single input channel, playback channel and hardware output features a Peak and RMS level meter, calculated in hardware. These level displays are very useful to determine the presence and routing destinations of the audio signals.

RME FireFace UCX II 36-Channel USB 2.0 Audio Interface
Cat: 832380 Rel: 30 Jul 21

40-channel, 192 kHz advanced USB 2.0 audio interface
Notes: *** Complimentary warranty on this product for 5 years if purchased from Juno- UK warranty only***

The Fireface UCX II is a highly integrated pro audio solution in an ultra-compact format. Designed for use in studio and live recording, the UCX II continues RME's tradition of producing powerful and flexible interfaces for the professional audio market, packing the kind of connectivity and features into a half-rack size unit that is often spread over two - or even three - 19 inch panels.

With up to 20 channels recording and 20 channels playback; RME's stellar SteadyClock FS digital clocking technology; high performance microphone inputs; TotalMix FX mixing and routing software (complete with Parametric EQ and Dynamics processing on every channel, plus Echo and Reverb sends); stand-alone hard disk recording to external USB hard drives or pen drives via 'DURec' (Direct USB Recording); MIDI I/O; a powerful headphone output; and full stand-alone operation, the Fireface UCX II excels with the highest feature to space ratio ever from an RME device.

Developed in time to celebrate the company's 25th anniversary, the RME Fireface UCX II represents the culmination and refinement of 25 years of digital audio innovation.

Throughout its 25 year history, RME has been fully committed to a principle of flexibility - the more flexible a product, the more easily it can be adapted to new requirements. For company founder Matthias Carstens, this lies at the heart of RME's success: "The Fireface UCX II makes us proud and enthusiastic as it represents a natural evolution of our product range."

"Boasting up to 20 recording and 20 playback channels, SteadyClock FS, high-performance microphone inputs, built-in parametric EQ, USB direct recording plus full stand-alone functionality, the brand-new Fireface UCX II truly represents the essence of freedom, flexibility, and passion. At present, no existing audio interface offers more connectivity and functionality in a half-rack package."

The Fireface UCX II houses two mic/line preamps in XLR combo configuration on the front panel, along with two digitally controlled line/instrument inputs, followed by a headphone jack, various control buttons, a display, and the main volume knob. At the rear is a set of ten analogue balanced line inputs and outputs, MIDI I/O, ADAT I/O, AES/EBU and SPDIF I/O, USB 2.0 as well as a switchable word clock I/O.

The RME Fireface UCX II is the first half-rack interface from RME to feature RME's Direct USB Recording (DURec) functionality. Previously only found on RME's Fireface UFX, UFX II and UFX+, any of the Fireface UCX II's input or output channels can be recorded directly to a USB storage device - in any combination, up to and including all 40 channels simultaneously - via the dedicated USB port found on the back panel of the device.

Powered by the integrated DSP, DURec also enables the Fireface UCX II to be used for standalone recording and playback (i.e. without the need for a computer). Suggested applications include creating instantaneous backups of studio, live and rehearsal recording - acting as a fail-safe against a computer hardware failure - as well as for strand-alone field recording, or for use in virtual soundchecks (using DURec for playback of a previous night's live show recording).

The Fireface UCX II also features a Class Compliant / Plug 'n' Play mode, enabling the interface to be used for high-quality, mulit-track recording with an Apple iPad, and providing iPad users with a full set of professional analogue I/O connections.

Additionally, the optional TotalMix FX for iPad app adds full control over the TotalMix hardware mixer, giving users the ability to create, store and load complete mixes directly from the iPad.

Most audio interfaces are traditionally designed with what is called 'AC-coupled outputs', where capacitors are used to filter out any extreme low frequencies.

Whilst these frequencies are generally considered undesirable for audio - eating into headroom and potentially causing damage to other equipment - one instance where DC-coupling remains desirable is the world of modular synthesizers, where static or slow-moving signals are used for control over various parameters such as pitch note values or LFOs.

All of the Fireface UCX II's line-level outputs are fully DC-coupled, allowing for the sending of control voltages (CV) or Gate information to modular synthesizers (such as the popular Eurorack and Moog/MOTM/Synthesizers.com formats) and other studio hardware.

RME Babyface Pro FS Compact Bus-Powered 24-Channel USB 2.0 Audio Interface
Cat: 756566 Rel: 12 Dec 19

24-channel 192 kHz bus-powered professional USB 2.0 audio interface
Notes: High-end interface specialists RME deliver another winner. Amazing sound quality in a compact package, with TotalMix control, ADAT expansion and built-in MIDI interface.

*** Complimentary warranty on this product for 5 years if purchased from Juno- UK warranty only***

Supplier's notes:
Four years ago the Babyface Pro again demonstrated RME's absolute commitment to superior craftsmanship, not only in audio circuits and driver development, but also in mechanics. Created with the highest precision from a block of aluminium, this high-end portable interface incorporated newly designed analogue and digital circuits. Its innovative energy saving technologies provided supreme fidelity with no compromises in level, noise or distortion.
The two headphone outputs, offering TRS and mini-jack sockets in parallel, have completely separate driver stages to perfectly match low and high impedance headphones, guaranteeing pristine sonic results no matter what type of headphone is used.
For the main I/O RME have designed an XLR socket, which integrates seamlessly into the housing and saves space.
Two digitally controlled preamps provide individually switchable 48V phantom power. These circuits feature a gain range of 76 dB, adjustable in steps of 1 dB, including a relay-driven PAD, resulting in exceptional EIN (Equivalent Input Noise) performance as well as line overload protection, and enough gain for even the lowest level microphones.
Babyface Pro's incredibly efficient design almost never requires an external power supply - it's perfectly stable on USB 3 bus power, and also most USB 2 ports, with no degradation in any technical specification. This makes it perfect for mobile recording, even with a pair of your favourite condenser microphones.
The comprehensive feature set continues with an optical TOSLINK I/O; use as either an ADAT port with SMUX support or SPDIF for sessions up to 192 kHz. In combination with an external ADAT converter, the Babyface Pro fully supports 12 analogue inputs as well as 12 outputs, making it ideal for both live and studio multi-track applications. You can plug any instrument, line or high impedance, into Babyface Pro's jack inputs 3 & 4. Record your guitar on the go, with no additional hardware required. MIDI I/O via an included breakout cable completes the package.
In digital audio, the clock frequency is an essential factor, as it creates the correlation between the audio bits and the time reference. Unfortunately, the clock frequency is not always as stable as desired. The Babyface Pro FS offers the full SteadyClock FS circuit as in the ADI-2 Pro FS for lowest jitter and highest jitter immunity. Excellent performance in all clock modes and High Quality Analog Conversion to hear your mix as it is. Digital format conversion in RME products are done without any loss or degradation, and SteadyClock FS ensures your sonic image will never experience degradation. This helps to optimize recordings and mixes because the soundstage has more depth and clarity.
Like all the latest RME interfaces, the Babyface Pro FS also includes the powerful digital real-time mixer TotalMix FX. It allows fully independent routing and mixing of input and playback channels to all physical outputs. Independent stereo submixes plus a comprehensive Control Room section offer unrivalled monitoring capabilities and unsurpassed routing flexibility.
Babyface Pro FS ships with RME's TotalMix FX, available for Windows and Mac OS X. An iOS version is available as well. This amazingly versatile software allows you to use Babyface Pro in any situation. For example, mixing your guitar and vocals to headphones has never been easier. The FPGA-based DSP mixer adds a flexible, 3-band parametric equalizer to all inputs and outputs. Reverb and delay FX are also available.
The FPGA-based DSP mixer adds a flexible, 3-band parametric equalizer to all inputs and outputs. Reverb and delay FX are also available. Latest generation low latency AD/DA converters, combined with RME's unique SteadyClock FS technology, result in exceptional specifications that will satisfy the most demanding of professionals. Combining a huge feature set with sonic excellence and intuitive control, whether for the studio or on the move, the RME Babyface Pro is the most comprehensive and versatile compact audio interface ever built.
Straight to the core without interference: the reference design of the Babyface Pro leaves nothing to be desired. RME devices are designed to conserve music as it is. Audio signals are passed in their entirety, nothing added, nothing taken. For the new Babyface, the audio circuits have been improved to meet even highest gain levels with best dynamic range. The clever user interface is informative and clearly laid out. It makes access to every feature and configuration mode of the Babyface Pro intuitive and easy to use.

iConnectivity mio 1x1 MIDI To USB Cable Interface (1.5m)
Cat: 825862 Rel: 08 Nov 21

1 x 1 MIDI to USB cable interface (1.5 m), for Mac, PC. iOS
Notes: mio- the perfect 1 in 1 out MIDI to USB interface

mio is a 1 in 1 out USB 16 channel MIDI interface to connect your MIDI compatible controller, keyboard, synthesizer, or drum machine to your computer. mio is USB bus powered and is plug and play compatible with Windows and Mac computers.

What Makes mio Unique?

Even the most basic tasks need to be done right. So iConnectivity engineered a new basic MIDI interface from the ground up that does everything right.

Not one of iConnectivity's competitors' 1x1 MIDI interfaces could pass all these tests:

Indestructible drivers - Interfaces that use their own drivers have to be updated all the time, or they stop working properly. Or they were USB Class-Compliant years ago, but today they aren't anymore. mio is engineered to today's strict guidelines to ensure compatibility for years to come.

Stellar MIDI Management - When the MIDI datastream gets heavy, other interfaces choke. iConnectivity interfaces deliver MIDI reliably no matter what.

Immaculate Electrical Design - You don't want a MIDI interface that introduces noise or even crashes your system, like some do. mio is engineered properly.

Performance Optimized - A MIDI interface that works too slowly is useless. mio is optimized for the highest performance.

The iConnectivity Advantage: iConnectivity's name on your interface means that time was taken to do it right, whether it's the simple 1 x 1 models to the uniquely sophisticated high-end interfaces.

MOTU M6 6x4 USB-C Audio Interface
MOTU M6 6x4 USB-C Audio Interface (USB-C audio interface)
Cat: 909462 Rel: 08 Nov 22

6-in/4-out USB-C Audio Interface
Notes: Professional-standard 6-in/4-out interface from the trusted team at MOTU. Pristine sound courtesy of the high-end ESS Sabre32 Ultra DAC, with the versatility of MIDI in/out, dual headphone outputs and A/B monitor control.

Supplier's Notes:
Introducing the M6; Four mic inputs with best in class audio quality, speed, and metering

Audio Quality

Equipped with the same ESS Sabre32 Ultra DAC Technology found in audio interfaces costing thousands, the M6 delivers an astonishing 120 dB Dynamic Range on its main outputs. ESS converters also drive the headphone outputs, which rivals dedicated headphone amplifiers costing hundreds. Ultra-clean preamp circuits produce a measured -129 dBu EIN on the mic inputs. Capture and monitor your audio with pristine clarity.
ESS Sabre32 Ultra DAC Technology for superb analog sound

The same converter technology used in audio interfaces costing thousands

Measured 120 dB dynamic range on outputs

Measured -129 dBu EIN on mic inputs

ESS-driven headphone outputs

Speed

The M6 provides best-in-class speed for monitoring live inputs (mic, guitar or keyboard) through your computer, thanks to MOTU's expertly engineered USB drivers, which deliver class-leading, ultra-low 2.5 ms Round Trip Latency (at 96 kHz with a 32 sample buffer).

Metering

When recording and mixing, nothing is more critical than achieving optimum levels. The M6 is the only audio interface in its class with a full color LCD featuring clear, detailed level meters for all inputs and outputs. Enjoy professional-level volume control and feedback to get your sound just right.

Loopback

The M6 driver

provides convenient loopback channels to your host computer, so you can easily route computer output back to the computer, where you can mix it with up to four mics (and/or guitars) from the M6 in your host software for live streaming or podcasting. Streaming and podcasting has never been easier and better-sounding!

A/B Monitor Switch

The M6 is the only audio interface in its class to offer A/B monitor switching. Connect two pairs of monitors and quickly check your mixes on each pair with the push of a button.

Stand-alone operation

With the included multi-blade international DC power adapter connected, you can power the M6 when the computer is turned off (or completely disconnected from the M6). This allows you to monitor any live inputs you may have (mics, guitars, keyboards, etc.) without a host computer or iOS device needed.

A tradition of engineering excellence

Decades of award-winning product engineering for hit songs, mega tours, primetime shows and blockbuster movies goes into every MOTU audio interface.

Workstation software, virtual instruments and loops to get you making music right away

Connect the M6 to your Mac or PC and start laying down tracks with the included Performer Lite or Live Lite production software, plus hundreds of loops, one-shots and sounds from industry leaders Big Fish Audio, Lucidsamples and Loopmasters.

iConnectivity mioXC 1-In/1-Out MIDI-To-USB-C Interface
Cat: 825879 Rel: 08 Nov 21

USB Type-C 1x1 MIDI-to-USB cable interface for Mac, PC, iOS, or Android
Notes: mioXC - The USB Type-C 1x1 MIDI interface for Mac, PC, iOS, or Android

Tiny in size and price, yet big on connectivity! mioXC is a pocket-sized powerhouse! mioXC is a fuss-free and simple 1x1, 16 channel MIDI interface you can use to connect your MIDI compatible gear. Whether you have a controller keyboard, synthesizer, drum machine or whatever; mioXC lets you connect them to your Mac, PC, iOS, or Android computing device.

What Makes mioXC Unique?

Even the most basic tasks need to be done right; it's surprising how many of iConnectivity's competitors' interfaces get it wrong. mioXC has been engineered, from the ground up to, to be the interface that its manufacturers would want to use themselves.

Modern USB Connectivity - Equipped with both USB Type-C and USB Type-A connectivity, mioXC lets you enjoy easy connectivity with most modern computing devices.

Driver Compatibility - Interfaces that use their own drivers have to be updated all the time, or they stop working properly. Likewise some designs were USB Class-Compliant years ago, but today they aren't anymore. iConnectivity's drivers have been engineered to today's strict guidelines, and keep them updated, to ensure compatibility for years to come.

MIDI Management - iConnectivity interfaces deliver MIDI reliably no matter what. When the MIDI data-stream gets heavy, these interfaces plough on where other interfaces choke.

Rock-Solid Electrical Design

- Some MIDI interfaces introduce noise, or worse, crash your system. You'll never get that from an iConnectivity interface.

Performance Optimized - A MIDI interface that works too slowly is useless. mioXC uses a powerful 32-bit ARM Cortex processor, ensuring dense MIDI and SysEx streams are managed with ease.

The iConnectivity Advantage: iConnectivity's name on your interface means that time was taken to do it right, whether it's the simple 1 x 1 models to iConnectivity's uniquely sophisticated high-end interfaces.

60 simultaneous audio channels - 28 inputs and 32 outputs, including two combo XLR/TRS mic/line/hi-Z guitar inputs with send/return inserts, 8 TRS analogue (line-level) in/out, separate main outs on XLR jacks, two banks of 8-channel optical I/O, stereo RCA S/PDIF digital I/O, and two front-panel headphone outputs.

Advanced mic channels - Cutting-edge components deliver ultra-transparent sound with -114 dB THD+N, 118 dB dynamic range and -129 dBu EIN. Each mic channel provides individual controls for +74 dB of preamp gain, -20 dB pad, 48V phantom power, and phase invert. All settings can be controlled remotely from a computer or iOS device. Each mic channel includes a dedicated send/return insert for outboard gear processing.

Flexible insert returns - When nothing is connected to the front-panel mic inputs, the two rear-panel returns function as additional line inputs with identical signal path characteristics as the other eight line inputs.

DSP mixing and effects processing - Flexible 24-input digital mixer with 8 stereo busses and DSP effects, including reverb, 4-band EQ, gate and compression.

Wi-Fi control - If the 828 is connected to a computer on your Wi-Fi network, you can control everything wirelessly from the CueMix 5 app running on mobile devices or other computers on the same network - even multiple devices at the same time. Or you can create a completely customized mix for each headphone that includes live 828 inputs and built-in reverb.

Two banks of optical I/O - Connect outboard digital processors, digital mixers or other gear with 16 channels of ADAT at 44.1/48 kHz or 8 channels of SMUX at 88.2/96 kHz. Bank A can optionally provide stereo TOSLink (optical S/PDIF) I/O up to 96 kHz.

Foot switch input - Connect a standard foot pedal switch (sold separately) for hands-free punch-in and punch-out while recording. Or map the pedal to any keystroke function in your host software.

MIDI in/out/thru - connect MIDI gear without the need for a separate MIDI interface.

Word clock in/out/thru - Supports all sample rates up to 192 kHz.

DC-coupled TRS outputs - Use the 828 to manipulate and sequence voltage-controlled modular synthesizers from a host DAW.

Loopback for live streaming and podcasting - Easily route computer output back to the computer, where you can mix it with live mics and/or guitar inputs from the 828 in your host software for live streaming or podcasting.

Guitar re-amping - Connect your guitar to the front-panel input, use CueMix's near-zero latency to loop to any output (with a re-amp adapter, if needed), and record both the dry signal and your mic'd up amp simultaneously. Then re-amp the dry signal later with different amps and cabs - or amp modelling plug-ins - to experiment with different tones.

CueMix 5 app - Control mixing and settings from your Mac, PC or iOS device.

Performer Lite - Workstation software with over 100 included instruments, dozens of effects and 6 GB of included loops to make music right away. Also includes Ableton Live Lite.

IK Multimedia iRig Stream Pro Streaming Audio Interface With Advanced Features For iOS/Android/Mac/PC
Cat: 850248 Rel: 22 Dec 21

Streaming audio interface with advanced features for iOS, Android, Mac/PC
Notes: Connect more with the world- The original iRig Stream offered groundbreaking features that made it an overnight must-have for millions of creators. Now iRig Stream Pro takes your podcasting and streaming to an all-new level.

This 24-bit, 96 kHz audio interface for iPhone, iPad, Android and Mac/PC offers an XLR mic preamp, stereo RCA, TRRS and device inputs (loopback) - plus advanced routing, convenient controls and total portability.

It's everything you need for professional quality streaming, right in the palm of your hand.

Mix and stream up to 4 audio sources- iRig Stream Pro makes it easy to connect all your audio sources and route them to a streaming or recording app. Connect your favorite studio microphone or guitar via the XLR / 1/4" combo jack, mix in DJ decks or a keyboard via the stereo RCA inputs, then connect your earbuds to listen back and for a bonus mic/line input. You can even route in the output of your smartphone, tablet or laptop and sing or jam along.

XLR / 1/4" combo input

This input offers a pristine mic preamp with true +48V phantom power to connect studio microphones with stunning sound, switching to Hi-Z for your favorite guitar or bass.

RCA stereo input

Connect a mixer, DJ decks, keyboards and more with this low-noise stereo input.

3.5mm TRRS input/headphone output

A unique headphone/microphone jack is wired just like your smartphone so you can listen and talk over the stereo input simultaneously. It works with most headphones with a built-in mic and also with IK products like iRig Mic Lav, iRig Mic, and iRig Pre 2, giving you a wide range of options for any situation.

Device Loopback

This option routes the audio output of your digital device (iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac or PC) back into iRig Stream Pro to be mixed in with the other audio signals. This is perfect to jam or sing along with backing tracks, or process audio on one app and stream to another, all on a single device.

Each input has its own independent volume control and is then mixed down to your choice of stereo or 4 channels to stream, process or record into all your favourite apps.

Stereo or multichannel? You get both!

iRig Stream Pro offers 2 modes: stereo or multichannel. By default, iRig Stream Pro operates in stereo mode and pre-mixes multiple sources of audio (RCA stereo inputs (+ Loopback), XLR / 1/4" combo input and TRRS microphone) down to a stereo track, which is sent to your choice of streaming apps like Instagram, Facebook, Twitch, etc.

Switching to multichannel mode, the combo and TRRS inputs are routed to channels 3 and 4 respectively giving you 4 channels of audio to send to recording apps such as GarageBand or your favourite DAW.

ESI M8U eX 16-Port USB 3.0 MIDI Interface With USB Hub
Cat: 895983 Rel: 02 Feb 23

16 professional MIDI ports, USB 3.0, automatic I/O and more
Notes: The stylish and very powerful M8U eX is a modern USB 3.0 MIDI interface with a total of 16 MIDI ports in one single device.

Featuring the popular MIDI auto detection technology that was pioneered by ESI, each of these 16 ports can either be used as a MIDI input or as a MIDI output, replacing not only regular MIDI interfaces like our previous popular legacy multi port MIDI interfaces with 8 inputs and 8 outputs, but providing also other possible configurations: for instance, you can use up to 16 outputs at a time or up to 16 inputs, or any other combination, like 12 outputs and 4 inputs. Each automatic input / output configuration is displayed via colored LEDs on the front panel.

If the number of ports is not enough, you can hook up multiple M8U eX to the same computer - a feature that is made easy also via the integrated fast USB 3.0 hub that allows you to connect other USB equipment like software dongles or USB keyboards and others to your computer. This literally turns M8U eX into the central hub for the MIDI and USB devices in your studio or live performance setup.

The 100% fully class compliant device can even be bus powered (or if needed for other USB devices, it is powered via the included 5V DC power supply) and it works out of the box without the installation of additional drivers on Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows 11 and macOS systems (both 32-bit and 64-bit). Yet, there is more: it also works as a standalone Thru and Merge solution for your MIDI devices. Selected via a push button on the front panel, M8U eX provides various configurations allowing you to merge multiple MIDI signals and send them out to a single port or to send out signals through multiple ports that are coming in from just one - all based on your individual needs.

All this makes our M8U eX easily the most powerful USB MIDI interface existing on the market today.

If 16 ports are more than what you need, there is also the smaller M4U eX available, with 8 ports.

RME ARC USB Advanced Remote Control For RME Audio Interfaces (anniversary edition)
Cat: 1056958 Rel: 21 Nov 24

Limited edition monitor controller for RME audio interfaces & sound cards
Notes: For the 20th anniversary of the legendary Fireface 800, RME introduces an exclusive special edition ARC USB in a sleek all-black design to complement the limited edition Fireface 802 FS AE.

Overview

This wired remote has been designed for direct access to the most frequently used actions and commands of TotalMix FX, being an indispensable tool in the studio's daily applications. Its extremely flexible configuration through TotalMix FX will simplify workflow and greatly increase the usability of the RME interface in most real-world situations.

The ARC USB is a USB 1.1 (UAC1) MIDI remote control, natively compatible to Windows and Mac OS X. As soon as it is present in the operating system TotaIMix FX will detect it and communicate with it, without disturbing other remote controls. Therefore, it is also not necessary to switch the ARC USB on or off within TotalMix FX - it will just work. And because it communicates with TotalMix FX (via USB) it is compatible to all RME audio interfaces that are detected and supported by TotalMix FX. This goes back to RME interfaces released 2001!

As soon as the ARC USB is connected to a computer any button press or wheel turning will cause the respective action performed by TotalMix FX - and therefore also by the RME audio interface.

With the UFX III and UFX II the ARC USB can also be connected directly to these devices, currently the only RME interfaces having an internal USB 1.1 host with matching connector. This way of connecting is handy in stand-alone mode, where the ARC USB is also supported by the UFX III and UFX II.

The ARC USB is bus powered, but draws only little current. Also, it uses USB 1.1 as bus standard, which these days is uncritical due to its lower frequency and speed demands. USB 2 cables with 5 metre to 10-metre length, and cheap USB 2 cable extensions that usually make a bus-powered interface fail will work perfectly for the ARC USB. Still at higher lengths RME recommends using active USB 2 cables (also called extension or repeater cables), which are not expensive and work over lengths of more than 20 meters.

The ARC USB can control several interfaces simultaneously, which happens automatically as the Key Commands dialog in TotalMix FX is specific to the currently selected audio interface. Just assign only the functions that are desired for each respective interface. After that the ARC USB keys and the encoder wheel remote the respective interface where they have been assigned to, without the need to further switch or select anything in normal operation.

The lower three keys have a useful diagnostic functionality
Talkback: is lit dim as soon as the ARC USB is running on 5 V USB bus power.
Speaker B: is lit dim as soon as a USB communication is possible.
DIM: is lit dim as soon as a communication with TotalMix FX is established.
Therefore, in normal operation all three lower keys are lit dim constantly.

The ARC USB comes with a standard set of Key Commands that already cover most usage scenarios, printed directly beneath the keys:
Row 1 and 2: activating Snapshots 1 to 8.
Row 3: Mono, Volume Phones 1, Volume Phones 2, External Input
Lower keys: Talkback, Speaker B, Dim.

A set of stickers with all currently available TotalMix FX commands is included. These can be used to label all keys reflecting the current user configuration.

The rotary encoder wheel is used to change various parameters, like gain and volume. It is programmable in TotalMix FX as well.

Configuration of the ARC USB

The Advanced Remote Control is configured in the Options menu via the Key Commands dialog of TotalMix FX, tab ARC USB Settings. As the ARC does not have any memory, all configuration and storage is done via TotalMix FX. All settings of the ARC USB are stored within a Workspace, and are therefore identical in all Snapshots of that current Workspace.

More than 36 different commands can be assigned to the 15 keys. The behaviour of each individual button can be changed between push, toggle, enable and disable, depending on the base function.

Current list of available functions:

Global Mute

Mute Group 1 to 4
Solo Group 1 to 4
Fader Group 1 to 4
Link Main AB
Speaker B Select
DIM (Main Out)
Mute (Main Out)
Mute FX (Main Out)

Mic/Inst. Gain 9, Mic/Inst. Gain 10, Mic/Inst. Gain 9+10
Mic/Inst. Gain 11, Mic/Inst. Gain 12, Mic/Inst. Gain 11+12

Some commands are not available at certain interfaces, or slightly changed due to different functionality. Fireface UFX, UFX II and UFX III have additional commands for DURec: Record, Play and Stop.

Several functions can be activated at the same time. Example: Button 1 is set to Cue Phones 1. That means the phones submix is heard via the Main output (the studio monitors). To be able to also change the volume of the phones submix itself, set button 2 to Volume Phones 1. Activating both will allow you to listen to the phones submix via the main output, and also to change its volume (the fader in the third row) by turning the encoder knob.

A standard footswitch (with switch, sustain pedals with pot are not supported) can be connected to the 1/4" TS jack on the left side. In Key Commands Settings the same options are available for the footswitch as for the 15 keys.

Remote control the RME Fireface UFX III, UFX II, UCX II and 802 FS in Stand-Alone Mode

As mentioned above, the RME Fireface 802 FX, UCX II, UFX II and UFX III interfaces all feature a dedicated connection for the ARC USB, with the remote offering an additional level of control when using either device in Stand-Alone Mode.

When used with any of these interfaces standalone, a fixed set of functions is activated on the keys:
Row 1: Setup 1-4
Row 2: Setup 5-6 x x
Row 3: Mono, Volume Phones 1, Volume Phones 2, DIM
Lower keys: DURec: Rec, Play/Pause, Stop
x = no function

The included stickers also offer the stand-alone layout.

In the 802 FS, UCX II, UFX II and UFX III display's menu the way of operating the ARC USB can be configured for standalone mode. Those options are found under SETUP/REV, Options, Hardware/Diagnosis:

Standalone ARC Volume

Deactivates all keys. Only the encoder wheel works, with a fixed assignment to Main Volume. This option is also a safety function in case the ARC USB is connected to the 802 FS / UCX II / UFX II / UFX III, but operated online (with a computer). When the system goes offline (computer removed, sleep state...) the functions on the keys change, because online mode changed to stand-alone mode. Operating the keys then could activate unintended functionality or changes.

Standalone ARC 1 second operation

Each key has to be pressed for one second to activate the programmed functionality. This safety function prevents unintentional changes. It can be stored within the Setups, activating this mode automatically when such a Setup is loaded. When loading a Setup where this function had not been active this mode is automatically deactivated at the interface.

Doepfer MCV4 MIDI To CV/Gate Converter
Cat: 395668 Rel: 30 Jun 10

DJ interface for MIDI control of vintage synthesisers
Notes: MCV4 is a budget-priced MIDI-to-CV-Interface to control vintage monophonic synthesizers via MIDI. MCV4 is provided with 4 analogue control voltage outputs (CV1...4) and one Gate/Trigger output.

These are the most important MCV4 features:
4 analogue control voltages CV1...CV4
Voltage range for CV1...4: 0...+5V, 8 Bit resolution (equivalent to 1/4 semitone resolution)
CV1 for pitch control (normally VCO CV)
CV2...4 for voltage control of other functions (e.g. VCF frequency, loudness, modulation)

MIDI control of CV1..4:
CV1: note on/off with pitch-bend, 1V/octave characteristic
CV2 monophic after-touch
CV3 velocity and/or volumen (controller #7)
CV4 velocity and/or any controller (setting of the controller number via learn button)

Pitch-bend is used for CV1 generation with 1/4 semitone resolution
Gate output type can be selected via jumper inside the device between voltage trigger (+5V or power supply voltage) and S-trigger (switched trigger)
MIDI channel and reference note for CV1=0V adjustable via learn button
Different assign modes for CV1 (highest note, last note, reference note)
Retrigger on/off while playing legato
Gate/trigger polarity normal/inverted
Two 1/4" stereo jack sockets for CV1/2 and CV3/4
1/4" mono jack socket for gate/trigger
Learn button with LED for adjusting MIDI channel, reference note for CV1, controller for CV4
Optical display of gate/trigger via LED
MIDI-In, MIDI-Thru
Non-volatile memory for parameter settings
Stable metal case (about 95x75x35 mm, 1mm sheet steel)

External AC adapter for power supply
AC adapter for 230V AC and European type of mains connector is included within Europe
7...12V/100mA DC required, DC connector with 5.5 mm outer diameter and 2.1 or 2.5 mm inner diameter, polarity: plus = center, minus = ring

*** Adapters for other parts of the world have to be purchased separately. ***

Suitable accessories:

MCV4 special cable (1/4" stereo jack plug -> 2 x 1/4" mono jack plug, length about 90cm, also called "insert cable")

MIDI channel, reference note for CV1 (this is the MIDI note corresponding to 0V of CV1 and thus the lowest possible note of the analogue synthesizer connected to MCV4) and the controller no. for CV4 are adjusted via learn function. For this, the learn button must be pressed and the required MIDI messages sent from the MIDI controlling device (MIDI synthesizer, keyboard, sequencer ...). The other parameters (retrigger, trigger polarity, assign mode ...) are adjusted in learn mode via program-change messages.
The Hz/V mode available in the predecessor model MCV1 is not available with the MCV4 because of the many problems occurring with the non-linear Hz/V characteristic. But some synthesizers normally using Hz/V can be controlled with V/Oct (e.g. Korg MS10/MS20, details you may find in the MCV4 user's guide).

If you want to use all 4 analogue control voltages, you need 2 special cables with a stereo 1/4" jack plug on one end (MCV4 side) and two mono 1/4" jack plugs on the other (synthesizer side). Cables like this can be purchase elsewhere. If you need it, it is recommended to order it together with the MCV4.

2x4 USB-C audio interface
Notes: AMS-24 - For One or More Musicians

Flip the switch

The AMS-24 and AMS-44 feature our innovative Music / Streaming Switch.

When switched to Music mode, you can record into your DAW with expanded input and output routing options.

When switched to Streaming mode, all inputs are combined into a single signal so you can easily stream without needing additional complicated software.

Record & stream with ease

AMS Audio Interfaces are designed for musicians who want to record music with their DAW or easily livestream on platforms like YouTube and Twitch, without all the typical complications.

AMS-24 | 2-In, 4-Out

The AMS-24 is perfect for solo streams and multi-instrument sessions. It features two XLR/TRS combo inputs along with Zoom's low-noise preamps. Also included are two headphone outputs and two TRS outputs for external monitors.

Quick control

With their onboard hardware switches, the AMS-24 and AMS-44 are designed to simplify common streaming challenges without the need for additional software.

Little switch, big streams

Onboard monitoring

Use the Direct Monitor Switch to send the input signal directly to your headphones while routing the same signal to your DAW or streaming software.

Loop it back

The Loopback Switch combines the input audio with playback from your computer and routes it to your streaming software. This is perfect for adding background music to your stream or singing live with an instrumental track.

Mic/line guitar

Switch Input 1 from mic or line level to guitar level (Hi-Z).

Stereo link

Links two inputs for stereo recording or streaming and allows you to control both inputs with one gain knob.

Phantom power

Provides +48V phantom power for condenser microphones.

Power options

All three AMS interfaces can be powered from your PC or Mac via USB-C. Use external power when working from a tablet or mobile phone.
Additionally, the AMS-24 can also use two AA batteries.

Plug it in...

Use the AMS Series on any device thanks to its support for Mac and PC, along with iOS and Android devices.

...And perform

The AMS Series is designed to integrate seamlessly with commonly used software, apps and platforms.

MOTU 16A 32x34 Thunderbolt/USB Audio Interface
Cat: 1082700 Rel: 10 Apr 25

Thunderbolt/AVB Ethernet/USB audio interface with 16 channels of analog and DSP.
Notes: One of the most trusted names in audio, MOTU deliver as always with the 16A, offering a whopping 32-in/34-out configuration over Thunderbolt or USB, all with pristine audio quality.

Supplier's Notes:
The 16A Thunderbolt audio interface provides industry-leading dynamic range and large console style mixing. With 64 channels of audio I/O (32 ins and 32 outs), the 16A also supports USB 2.0 audio class compliant connectivity that is USB 3.0 compatible.

As an interface, standalone mixer or patchbay, the 16A provides 32 separate inputs and 32 separate outputs, including sixteen balanced TRS analog inputs, sixteen balanced TRS analog outputs, and two 8-channel banks of ADAT optical digital I/O. Powerful DSP delivers large console style mixing with 48 channels, 12 stereo busses, and 32-bit floating point effects processing, including modeled analog EQ, vintage compression and classic reverb. The unit's extensive routing grid patches ins to outs, or splits inputs to multiple destinations.

Use the 16A as a stand-alone mixer and control everything from the 16A's innovative web app running on your iPad, iPhone, tablet, smart phone, and laptop. Connect a second MOTU AVB interface (1248, 8M or 16A) with a simple Ethernet cable. Add more I/O with the MOTU AVB Switch (sold separately). Build an AVB audio network with multiple switches and sub-millisecond latency, even over long cable runs. Stream hundreds of channels among devices and computers on the network. From initial tracking to final mastering, the 16A delivers superb sound quality, state-of-the-art operation, and reliable performance.

This box contains everything you need to turn your computer into a powerful 24-bit/192 kHz digital audio workstation. As a "hybrid" audio interface, the 16A offers flexible connectivity to your computer via ultra-fast Thunderbolt technology or class compliant, hi-speed USB 2.0, with 32 channels of pristine analog I/O, combined with 32 channels of digital I/O, for a total of 64 simultaneous audio channels.

Connect all of your studio gear, including synths, keyboards, drum machines and even effects processors. Record, monitor, route and process all of these live inputs using the professional on-board digital mixer - with no latency and no processor strain on your computer. Apply hardware DSP-driven effects processing to inputs, outputs, and busses independent of your host computer. Add Classic Reverb with lengths up to 60 seconds. Further sculpt your sound with gating, 4-band parametric EQ, and vintage compression modeled after the legendary LA-2A leveling amplifier.

Add more MOTU interfaces as your needs grow, connected to a state-of-the-art audio network using standard AVB Ethernet switches and CAT-5e cabling, with near-zero network latency, even over long cable runs (several hundred meters). Record and monitor up to 128 audio channels in and out, simultaneously, to a host computer through Thunderbolt. Route hundreds of audio channels among multiple devices and computers on the network.

Control all DSP-based mixing and effects, device settings, and network audio routing using your favorite web browser running on your laptop, tablet or smart phone connected wirelessly or locally to the 16A audio network.

From initial tracking to final mastering, the 16A delivers superb sound quality, state-of-the-art operation, and reliable performance.

RME Digiface Ravenna 256-Channel Bus-Powered USB 3 Ravenna Interface
Cat: 920655 Rel: 06 Mar 23

256-channel bus-powered USB 3 Ravenna interface.
Notes: Based on the Digiface Dante but with the added benefit of low-latency Ravenna audio-over-IP, the Digiface Ravenna offers 128 Ravenna channels and 64 MADI channels.

*** Complimentary warranty on this product for 5 years if purchased from Juno- UK warranty only***

Supplier's Notes:
The Digiface Ravenna is a lightweight, portable audio interface, based on the proven Digiface Dante equipped with a RAVENNA module developed by DirectOut and features with everything that RME is famous for: USB 3, MADI, TotalMix FX and outstanding options in both USB and stand-alone operation.

Mobile RAVENNA Solution via USB

The combination of RME's renowned drivers (Mac/Windows) and DirectOut's RAVENNA implementation offer a reliable and flexible networked computer audio interface. Equipped with the latest TotalMix FX it can not only route, but also mix as many independent submixes as outputs are available. The included high quality phones output offers a quick listen to any audio channel, but can also be used as line output to provide an additional analog stereo mixdown.

RAVENNA & MADI

RME made the two BNC sockets for word clock I/O switchable to MADI I/O, with up to 64 channels. The total sum of Ravenna and MADI, 128 channels, are transferred via USB 3.0 and handled via the included RAVENNA web server or RME's TotalMix FX, for full and struggle-free control of all audio.

On the network side, the interface features a full-fledged RAVENNA stack with AES67 and ST2110-30/31 support and redundant audio-over-IP streaming as per ST2022-7. In addition, the interface can also be used as a mobile 64-channel RAVENNA/MADI converter without a USB connection to a computer. The coaxial MADI I/O connectors may also be configured to work as word clock sync I/O.

TotalMix FX and TotalMix Remote

Like all the latest RME interfaces, the Digiface Series also includes the powerful digital real-time mixer TotalMix FX. It allows for practically unlimited mixing and routing operations, with all inputs and playback channels simultaneously, to any hardware outputs.

The Digiface Series includes a dedicated Control Room section with Talkback, Main/Phones, fader groups, mute groups, complete remote controllability via Mackie or OSC protocol, and much more. The Digiface Series does not support DSP based effects (FX) like EQ or reverb.

Additionally RME's latest software, TotalMix Remote, enhances the power of RME interfaces by enabling remote control via iOS, PC or Mac. With a straightforward set up process - simply enter the IP address of the computer you would like to control with TotalMix Remote and get going - users can quickly adjust any aspect of TotalMix FX on a host system while walking around the studio with their tablet, or from a control room located elsewhere in the facility.

TotalMix FX - Mixing/Routing with superior features for Studio and Live Work

Since 2001 TotalMix added unlimited routing and mixing to RME's audio interfaces. Its unique capability to create as many independent submixes as output channels available turned it into the most flexible and powerful mixer of its kind.

RME USB - Transport audio with lowest latency and industry leading stability

Use your RME audio interface on Mac and PC with reliable, stable, and regularly updated drivers for RME products. RME Audio develops its own interface core, it's not dependent on 3rd parties for upgrades, modifications or bug fixes, so customers can use latest operating systems without interruption or delay."

DigiCheck - The Secret Weapon of High Resolution Audio Measurements

RME Audio interfaces not only provide you with a professional digital audio interface, but also with a free available software tool: DigiCheck, for metering, testing, measuring and analyzing digital audio streams.
