Ah it's always nice when a new Viewlexx record homes into sight, with the label's first fresh material in over a year coming from the excellent DJ Overdose. If you possess even a cursory grasp of the recent history of the Lowlands electronic music, you should have no issue identifying how integral a role Jeroen Warmenhoven has played in The Hague's rise, including several noted contributions to I-F's Viewlexx. Allegedly the results of being abducted by aliens, the six tracks on Master Control suggest Overdose was on inspired form, weaving between elements of electro, hip hop and techno. Fans of DJ TLR's Stray Poulets cassette mix for The Trilogy Tapes will be glad to hear an early highlight is seemingly present here in the shape of "Errorless Computer".
