Yaeltex Turn MIDI Controller & 8-Channel Studio Mixer
This solid piece of hardware is great to get hands-on control of your Ableton or Bitwig live sessions, and ready for both live performances and studio use.
With its 32 RGB push encoders, 24 small RGB buttons, 16 long RGB buttons, 8 faders, and 32 potentiometers It offers a ton of possibilities, and because of its quality components and generous spacing between components, it feels comfortable to play.
TURN's layout includes Volumes, Mute, Select, Arm, Solo / Cue, Clip / Session navigation, and other classic controls for an Ableton or Bitwig. The 32 RGB push encoders in the upper area can be used as a clip launcher, to automatically control the devices of the selected channel, to control the 8 sends of each channel, and much more. A curious detail: the background texture of the layout is a high-resolution image of Mars's surface.
Control-surface-ready: TURN requires no MIDI mapping and works out of the box in Ableton Live and Bitwig.
It is a plug-and-play device, and it has MIDI IN / OUT / THRU DYN5, hackable and open source firmware, USB MIDI (Plug and Play / Class Compliant), and is reprogrammable with Kilowhat, the powerful configuration app. Like all Yaeltex controllers, it's built with top-quality materials and components, including a stylish real wood case.
