The exterior is all black, and matches the exact dimensions of OP-1 field. A distinct grayscale gradient is at its centre, making it clear that OP-XY is all about serious sequencing. Hands-on graphics on the high-resolution display are all grayscale, with a bright red to indicate recording and parameter locks. all vital keys have LEDs to stay in full control.
