Rush Hour weirdo house production unit Faster Action loses Robert Bergman on this LIES BLK release with Interstellar Funk taking full control. Up top, "Soki Loka" is a loose and grainy techno bullet that seems to be breaking down with each new segment of the 4/4 before falling back into shape and bruising the listener further and further. Complementing this, "Disaster Crash" shows a more heads-down side to Faster Action, dominating by a pulsating kick drum permeating through a thick wall of molecular sonics and industrial atmospherics. Large and in charge, as per usual. LIES in the place - act faaast!
