As ever for the Czarface universe denizens, the record unfolds over a sketchy pulp narrative, blurring Bizarro mythopoeses and underground rap grit: Esoteric and Inspectah Deck trade verses with a sharp, almost conspiratorial energy - "Everything I thought I knew is null and void and destroyed / Day is night, left's right, heavy's light" - while 7L's production as always flip-flops between an antiheroic sinister-surreal.
