Notes: The RODE Blimp is a complete windshield and shock mounting accessory for the NTG1, NTG2 and NTG3 microphones, as well as any third party shotgun microphone up to 325mm (12 3/4") in length. Now featuring the Rycote Lyre suspension system, the Blimp provides the ultimate in microphone suspension and isolation. Constructed from a single piece of hard-wearing thermoplastic, the Lyre provides superior acoustic suspension to traditional elastic solutions, and will never wear out, sag or snap.

The Blimp's handle has also been completely redesigned, reducing the product weight significantly, while increasing the ergonomics for handheld use. Housed inside the grip is a heavy-duty Mogami cable which splits via a junction box to a highly-flexible thin cable inside the Blimp, to minimise the transference of vibration to the microphone. With the lightweight design of the handle and suspension system the new Blimp design is over 25% lighter (550gm without microphone or DeadWombat fitted). The Blimp attaches to any standard boompole via 3/8" thread attachment at the base.

The Universal Blimp Mount is available as an option to remove the handle when the Blimp is being used primarily on a boompole to reduce weight. The Dead Wombat windshield, caring brush and tail/patch cable are included. The added confidence of a full ten year warranty* ensures that the Blimp is by far the best microphone windshield system available, further evidenced by a 2009 Red Dot Award and Australian International Design Award for outstanding product design. *Excludes normal wear and tear of Dead Wombat furry cover or any misuse, modification or improper storage and transportation of the product.

Notes: Made from carbon fibre, the RODE Boompole Pro weighs only 535gm (18oz) and, from a compact 810mm (2' 8"), extends to a full 3m (10'). Designed for use with professional shotgun microphones such as the RODE NTG3 as well as the Blimp windshield system, the Boompole Pro joins RODE's popular boom pole range which now consists of five models ranging in size, weight, and construction material.

Each of the five pole sections is comprised completely from carbon fibre making it incredible lightweight while maintaining high levels of strength. The sections are easily extendable with one hand thanks to an intuitive twist-lock mechanic.

RODE offers boom pole cable clips as an optional accessory, however the company's new RODELink wireless XLR adaptor allows users to record audio from a shotgun microphone on the end of the Boompole Pro without the hassle and possible handling noise of cables.

The SM4-R is equipped with dual Rycote Lyre mounts to ensure maximum isolation from any handling vibrations, four possible mounting points to suit the complete range of compatible Rode shotgun microphones, and integrated cable management clip. The stand mount is angle adjustable and can be locked into position to ensure sturdy and reliable mic positioning.

Notes: The SMR is a revolutionary shock mount for large diaphragm condenser microphones from RØDE.

Featuring a unique double-Lyre suspension system, the SMR enhances the existing superior vibration cancellation of Rycote’s Lyre system by using a smaller inner Lyre to act as a tensioning element. This maintains each Lyre in the neutral position where it is most efficient at cancelling vibration.

The SMR's removable all-metal pop filter is as effective as it is visually striking, providing an integrated solution for plosive protection that is easily washable and designed to last as long as the shock mount and microphone.

The clamping system of the SMR utilises a greater surface area for increased friction and weight handling, without the need for over-tightening of the locking thread. With the load distributed over a greater surface area, the clamping system is virtually immune to the wear and tear of repeated use.

The SMR's frame is constructed from an engineering grade reinforced polymer, typically only seen in high-load applications such as safety equipment, automotive components, and military artillery. Vibration force is evenly distributed around the outer frame via the wide mounting rails, increasing the effectiveness of the Lyre system. Efficient and well-considered cable-management completes the package.

A base nut is also included, suitable for all compatible RØDE microphones.

Notes: With clearly marked spacing of up to 20cm, as well as angle and measurement indicators for ORTF and XY positioning, the RODE Stereo Bar makes it quick and easy to achieve complex recording arrays.

The 5/8" mounting threads are supplied with accompanying spacing clips to allow for easy positioning for stacked arrays, and the robust ABS construction makes the Stereo Bar stable and durable, allowing it to easily support the weight of two large diaphragm microphones such as the RODE K2.
