Review: The latest and last EP from label boss Kenneth Bager, taken from his forthcoming full length CD. Chillout tracks with a nod towards pop and tongue sometimes firmly in check. Space Cadet #3 is another departure from the previous Space Cadet 12"s. Here we get two cinematic, vocal downtempo tracks laced with string samples that should be familiar to anyone. Julee Cruise makes her second appearance for the Fragments series and steals the show once again. Upbeat, feel good, tunes that are symphonic and at times epic sounding.

Review: Vinyl 1 of 3 of "Fragments From A Space Cadet". A strangely intriguing pair. There is a house/electro track and an odd downtempo track that tells a disturbing love story. The appropriately titled "On The Floor" is gonna get people moving and should do some damage for DJs across a wide spectrum of sounds.

Review: Danish dream weaver Bager has developed Music For Dreams into a buy-on-site imprint for all things laidback, cosmic and ambient. Never afraid to flex his skills or shock out with a surprise, the title track is actually pretty pumping, and it carries an old Arabian Banco De Gaia flavour with it. "Coyote Eye" is more what we'd expect, a fluttering lullaby made of weeping pads, crisp nylon string guitar strums and a bulbous dub bass. "Love Won't Leave Me Alone" sees him return to his Max Steiner sampling drifter from 2006 and giving it a more energetic modern facelift. Follow the beat... And follow your heart.

Review: Music For Dreams present a collectors item edition of "The Sound Of Swing" by The Kenneth Bager Experience. The Aloe Blacc voiced funk number gets the remix treatment from both Onur Engin and Tucillo - with the hugely popular Turkish edit don opting to embellish the diwali-esque rhythms with some delightful orchestral flourishes. The resultant sound is something similar to a next decade update on that Red Astaire version of D'Angelo. Ibiza dwelling Tucillo takes it to the club with a unique swing meets acid house take! What's really special however is the full fat white vinyl pressing and the accompanying free slipmat with some distinctive artwork.
