Welcome to Aurora, a spectral reverb capable of a wide palette of sounds: from lush caverns and whale songs, to alien textures you've never created before. And likely, will invoke a hunger for exploration you felt when you first touched a modular synth.

Aurora uses a phase vocoder audio engine which separates the input signal's time and pitch domains. By blurring these signals you can achieve beautiful time-stretched tails, or cybernetic metallic effects.

Since Aurora's sonic response is entirely dependent on the input signal, no two patches will sound alike, lending itself to an infinite world of surprise and discovery.

Discovery. It's why we are all here.

A portion of all Aurora proceeds will help the fight against shrinking ice caps and dwindling polar bear populations.

Notes: If we're honest we don't really understand fractals. Something to do with maths, apparently. But that doesn't really matter because we do understand this sequencer module, which is ideal for randomly twisting and morphing sequences.

Bloom is a fractal sequencer capable of generating infinitely evolving melodies with a host of musical features.

At its core is a powerful 32 step sequencer with two independent channels and an intuitive interface. What makes the Bloom come alive are its fractal algorithms which can transform existing sequences into powerful melodies, or even generate new patterns altogether. The base sequence is known as the Trunk and can be programmed by hand, or automatically generated with the Mutate function. Once a Trunk sequence is in place, fractal transformations are only a knob turn away by using the Branch and path controls. Each new Branch adds a complete variation to the base sequence and Path determines its passage through the set of recursively generated sub-sequences, offering a unique take on the melody with each turn of the knob.

In its latest iteration, Bloom is a powerful 3-channel, 64-step CV and gate sequencer with a plethora of additional features and configurability compared to its predecessor. Apply clock-synced ratchets per step, dial in the Mutation range for random note variation, and even save and recall your Branches with your saved sequence!

Each channel now has a new output: Mod! The Mod output is a third, modulation-focused output that stays in sync with your melodic CV and rhythmic Gate outputs. Patch up dubstep-style filter madness, build sequenced amplitude or panning variations into your signal, or send a no-frills LFO that syncs perfectly with your patch!

Bloom's roots are grounded in algorithmic variation and probability. Sequences can be dynamically resized and rotated, while notes can receive ornamental musical trills or arpeggios. There are also new probabilistic controls beyond Mutate, including random step muting, ratcheting, and slewing!

Bloom's front panel now features a Reseed button, which dice-rolls a whole new sequence for you, as well as a MIDI output that sends all sequence data through a 3.5mm TRS MIDI jack!

Beyond the front panel controls, Narwhal brings even greater flexibility to Bloom. Set custom settings, use a full sequence designer interface to import sequences into your Bloom, and so much more.

At its core, Cascade is a powerful envelope generator, which is normaled to a high fidelity 2164 based VCA. You can patch in external audio to the VCA, or take advantage of 4 internal audio algorithms: white noise, 808 kick and hi-hat, and a high frequency sine tone. Cascade will open up your system in ways that make you wonder how you ever lived without it.

Notes: Mojave is a granular sandstorm. Drawing its inspiration from vast swaths of desert in the American Southwest, Mojave is a live granular processor that uses microscopic bits of audio to create beautifully crafted sonic landscapes.

The core of Mojave's sound design palette is a unique set of melodic and rhythmic controls that presents each grain in a compositional context. Generate clock-synced granular arpeggios, or envelope your sound in rich harmonic swirls with the turn of a knob. All microsound settings can be easily accessed via individual knobs letting you tailor each grain, and effortlessly construct dunes of sound. Mojave is not exclusive to modular signals either; become the wind itself by using the onboard microphone to sift through and manipulate acoustic audio.

And, just like Nautilus, Mojave's internal settings can be configured via the USB drive and the Narwhal web app. Whether you are constructing pebbles or sandstone monuments, Mojave is the perfect balance between exploratory sound design and harmonious sublimity.

Nautilus is a complex delay network inspired by sub-nautical communications and their interaction with the environment. In essence, Nautilus is a stereo delay consisting of 8 unique delay lines which can be connected and synced in interesting ways. Each time Nautilus pings its sonar system, the generated topography reveals itself through the delay, all while staying in time with the internal or external clock. Complex feedback interactions plunge sounds to new depths, while related delay lines pull fragments of sound in different directions. Manipulate the delay lines even further by configuring the the stereo receptors, sonar frequencies, and aquatic materials that filter the space between Nautilus and its surroundings.

Though Nautilus is a delay effect at heart, it is also a CV/Gate generator. The Sonar Output creates either a unique Gate signal, or a unique CV signal algorithmically generated from Nautilus's findings. Drive other parts of your patch with pings from the delay network, or use the generated topography as a modulation source.

From the deep ocean trenches, to shimmering tropical reefs, Nautilus is the ultimate exploratory delay network.

Nebulae is a granular sampler and DSP platform. Its phase vocoder audio engine provides elastic audio, which can be time stretched, granularized, and mangled to no end. With independent control over pitch and speed, and granular controls such as overlap, window, and density, finding new sonic territory is only a knob turn away. Nebulae can use live audio input, a recorded buffer, or audio files as the source material for its powerful audio manipulations. The live input buffer can record up to five minutes of stereo audio at 48kHz, 24 bit. In addition, up to 75 MB of stereo audio can be loaded simultaneously through the USB port. No naming convention or special formatting necessary; just plug and play.

Nebulae lives a double life as an open source DSP platform with an extensive library of off the shelf alternate instruments. You can turn the module into a lush reverb, spectral delay, or tape-style looper simply by loading a new file onto the flash drive. Do you want to tweak one aspect of an existing instrument, even the default functionality? No problem. No prior coding knowledge is necessary to tweak and refine existing firmware to your liking or start with one of our templates. Alternate firmware files can be written with Pure Data, Csound, SuperCollider, and even bare-bones C programs.

Notes: Meet Stardust, a cosmic tape looper.

The foundation of Stardust is a stereo looper with all the essential controls to record and manipulate sound, while supporting click-less looping transitions, an ultra-low noise floor, and high-fidelity audio hardware. However, getting the perfect loop is only half of the equation, Stardust also focuses on the texture and vibe of your recordings. Dial in a classic tape machine style warmth with wow & flutter/tape hiss controls, or take Stardust to new horizons with DSP effects. And, much like the tape-machines it takes it's inspiration from, Stardust can splice and rearrange its loops at the twist of a knob.

With an impressive set of front panel controls, the ability to save, recall, or export recordings, load samples via an included USB flash drive, and a host of configurable settings via our web editor Narwhal, Stardust is a comprehensive looper device.
