Healing Force Project creates Kinetic Drawing

The new single from Antonio Marini will arrive on Kiev’s Wicked Bass label.

It’s already been a great year for Healing Force Project, as Antonio Marini’s cosmic vehicle of otherworldly sounds continues to grow in strength and presence. The Gravitational Lensing EP on Firecracker was nothing short of a career highlight to date, bringing wild blasts of jazz drumming into a darkside scenario teetering on the edge of jungle, while the Transhumanism EP on Ambiwa reached out into curious realms of techno experimentation. Such diverse form has become an expected standard for Marini since his work first started appearing back in 2010, and equally Ukrainian label Wicked Bass has become known as something of a shapshifter.

Earlier forays into dubstep variations have since given way to the likes of Huerco S., Parris Mitchell and Hüpnosaurus counting amongst the more recent signees, and already this year the lesser known Wulffius made a debut appearance with the In The Pines’ Crowns 12”. Now Marini has been called upon to deliver a track to Wicked Bass, and it comes in the form of the suitably transcendental “Kinetic Drawing”. It’s a track that leans more towards the live instrument sound palette within the Healing Force repertoire, while also retaining some of the linear composition traits that appear in the more techno-minded output. As an extra treat, the release comes backed with a “Yoga BBQ Night Beach Edit” from Porn Sword Tobacco, who injects a whole lot more twittering exotica into the proceedings.
