Grip the broadcast-baiting “BBC” from the producer’s upcoming debut on the Vancouver label.

In the seemingly endless tidal wave of mind-tweaking sounds that come forth from 1080p, Surfing is a new concern from the artist who also brought us the Portable Sunsets moniker. Brooklyn artist Peter Segerstrom will debut the project on the Vancouver label as part of their April batch with a self-titled ten-track collection that consists of “stoner house and lazy crystalline techno that revolves around semantic satiation and heavy, pared back, club muscle”. To herald the news, 1080p have granted us a free download of the rough and ready “BBC” which suggests the Surfing project might be one of the label’s most club focused releases yet.
