Eamon Harkin returns with Subway edits

Eamon Harkin has unveiled the second release on his own Subway Series imprint, with three shiny edits set to drop next week.

Those who frequent the Brooklyn-based Mister Saturday Night party run by Harkin and cohort Justin Carter will probably have heard at least one of these tracks before. The A-Side features an expertly tweaked version of Bill Withers’ legendary “Harlem”, while honours on the flip are shared by “The Better Kind” (an edit of Joy Divison’s “Means To An End”) and a remake of proto hip-hop classic “Shoot The Pump”.

The release is due out on May 22 – more info here. In the meantime you can preview all three tracks via the Soundcloud players below.
