Carl Craig hits Plastic People

Carl Craig will play a 6-hour set in the intimate surroundings of London’s Plastic People in November.

The Warm crew are hosting the party, which will see the Detroit legend man the decks from open to close. Craig is no stranger to playing mammoth sets, and will no doubt welcome the opportunity to stretch his legs over the course of an evening with one of London’s best sound systems. Expect him to dabble in everything from house to jazz-dance, breakbeat, funk and classic Detroit techno.

The refurbished venue on Curtain Rd has long been a favoured haunt of Moodymann and Theo Parrish when they come to London.

UPDATE: All advance tickets have sold out. A small number of tickets will also be held on the door, but this has ‘roadblock’ written all over it.
