The Aberdeen duo and SubClub residents are ready to celebrate after a year locked away, honing their studio skills

Not unlike the rest of the world, Aberdeen duo t e s t p r e s s have been spending the last 12 months honing their studio skills rathe than enjoying their then recent residency at the world famous SubClub in Glasgow.

Also not unlike the rest of the globe, they are positively itching to get back into some dark and noisy spaces to start the party again, and it’s very much with this in mind that they’ve created this mix for Juno. That and a celebration of the release of their ‘dialupdillema’ EP on the Monki’s & Friends label last week.

“We took some time out of DJing in the past year to focus solely on production,” they told us, “however this mix in a sense signals the changing in our mood, in that we have hope again of returning to clubs soon. As a result this mix is an all club banger special. Which also mirrors the EP going from the lighter daytimes sounds like the ‘keepcalm’ to the heavier, more peak time ‘dialupdilemma’.”
