New from ALM: Jumble Henge is a 16-input stereo spectral mixer
Tuned resonant filters and panning help you create a mix.
Newly announced by perennial Juno favourites ALM Busy Circuits, Jumble Henge is a collaboration with Worng Electronics, based on their SoundStage module. It’s a stereo spectral mixer, with fixed pan values and tuned resonant analogue filters on the inputs, allowing you to quickly and easily construct a mix that has space for each element, including mono and stereo signals.
The Jumble Henge approach is loosely inspired by the output filters on the classic E-mu SP 1200 sampler/sequencer, which rolls the high frequencies off in differing amounts for certain channels. The Jumble Henge design features separate inputs for highs, high mids, low mids and lows, allowing you to filter different parts of your sound accordingly while mixing them.
The ALM Busy Circuits Jumble Henge is in stock now, priced at £249.99.
