Sleaford Mods have announced a massive 10,000 capacity hometown show on the eve of releasing new album Spare Ribs.

The iconic duo will play Nottingham’s Motorpoint Arena on November 27, their first ever arena headline and part of a UK tour kicking off in mid-November and running through to December 2.

A statement on the band’s social channels declared: “We’re gagging for a gig, you’re gagging for a gig. Get it in the diary. It’s gunna be mega!”

After announcing the arrival of new 13-track LP Spare Ribs – released this Friday – by sharing their ‘Mork ‘n’ Mindy’ collaboration with Billy Nomates, they’ve now teamed up with Amy Taylor of Amyl & The Sniffers fame on new track ‘Nudge It’.
