Alessandro Parisi lands on Charlois

Not content with unleashing details of the first Pinkman album project this week, Patrick Marsman has announced a new addition to his Charlois roster in the shape of Alessandro Parisi. Sharing his name with the journeyman Serie A defender, Parisi has been crafting potent retro-futurist spells across a clutch of cyberpunk-infused releases for the likes of Lux Rec, Giallo Disco and Minimal Rome since the turn of the decade. With a CV such as this, Parisi seems well suited to join the Charlois cause with the upcoming Naonian City Nights. Due to land in March, the five-track 12″ seems to encompass the many stylistic facets of Parisi’s sound, with “the pain streaked beauty” of “Fear and Money Never Had” below reminiscent of his work under the Hesperius Draco name.
