Cienfuegos enters A Los Mártires

The title track from Alexander Suàrez’s upcoming Unknown Precept debut gets a snake-heavy video treatment.

Born in Paris and now based in Berlin, the Unknown Precept label has done a fine job of joining the dots between an international cast of dark-minded souls under the ‘Grotesk Techno’ banner. Their focus this year has largely been on offering a platform to US artists, with Unknown Precept releases coming from S. English, Nick Klein, and Profligate. Next month sees another join the cause in the shape of Cienfuegos, a project of New York artist Alexander Suàrez, who makes his vinyl debut with the five track EP A Los Mártires. Clips of the whole thing can be heard here, but our focus is on Chelsea Mark’s freshly released video for the title track which may trouble those who suffer from Ophidiophobia.
