Listen to Jared Wilson’s remix of Bot’Ox’s “Grands Boulevards”

Rampant rockabilly of latest Bot’Ox LP primer reimagined as crazed acid by 7777 boss.

As reported last year, the Bot’Ox pair of Cosmo Vitelli and Julien Briffaz are releasing their new LP Sans Dormir as a series of six EPs every two months before the whole thing is issued in October. The three singles released thus far have paired tracks from Sans Dormir with some well chosen remixes from Pachanga Boys, Richard Fearless, Tuff City Kids, Raudive and Tevo Howard amongst others.

The fourth single “Grand Boulevards”, which is out now, sees Vitelli and Briffaz indulge in some pretty deranged biker bar rockabilly (there’s a video here) and of the chosen remixers it’s Jared Wilson that stands out, somehow reigning in the craziness whilst letting loose on the synths.
