Astro:Dynamics introduce Quiltland with “Days”

Astro:Dynamics have teased the forthcoming label debut from Swedish producer Quiltland in the form of this suitably soft focus video for the track “Days”.

With a sound reminiscent of 1991 – whose self-titled debut for Astro:Dynamics last year occupied a similarly smudged out interzone between synthpop and knackered techno – Quiltland is the alias for fellow Swedish musician Frida Li-Lövgren who already has a number of cassette releases to her name.

The video for her track “Days” – whose heavy echo-laden kick drums and thick 80s atmospherics are complimented by a hypnotic, soft focus video much in the vein of that for 1991’s “Open To The Dark” – comes from Astro:Dynamics with the promise that Quiltland material will be forthcoming on the label in 2013.
