The Lowlands dwelling Legowelt is of course an honourary American Noise maker among the L.I.E.S. network, having helped establish the label in its formative state with the excellent speaker cone rattling Sark Island Acid EP, as well as introducing the wider world to the Surfer House genre with the Pacific House EP as Trackman Lafonte & Bon Qui Qui alongside Xosar. As you’d expect from such a title, “Ferns From Draconis” finds Danny Wolfers in mystical outer galactic techno mood, conjuring up some three hundred and thirty one seconds of haze-filled serpentine stargazing where dust filled drums interlock rhythmically beneath a lusty constellation of laser guided synths and heart warming textures.
