Listen: Suns of Arqa – Brujo Magic EP

Chris Galloway and Stuart Leath’s Emotional Rescue imprint has just released its second record, a reissue featuring two tracks from world beat act Suns of Arqa.

Featuring an unreleased edit of “Brujo Magic”, described by the label as  an “off-kilter reggae-not-disco jam”, and “ethno-dub classic” “Ananta Snake Dance”, which featured Adrian Sherwood on mixing desk duties. It follows their debut reissue, the rather excellent and ultra-rare “Wild It’s Broken” from Bob Chance, and continues their ongoing mission to reissue some under-the-radar oddities from around the world.
