Behringer announce XENYX UFX1604 mixer

German manufacturers Behringer have turned the heat up with the announcement of their forthcoming XENYX1604 USB/Firewire interface mixing console.

This is a 16 channel, 16 input, 4 bus mixer with a 24-Bit/96 kHz USB or FireWire interface and integrated 16 track USB recorder. For dynamics we’re graced with XENYX mic pre-amps and compressors, plus that all important four band EQ.  It also boasts dual multi effects processors with 16 editable presets including reverb, chorus, flanger, delay, pitch shifter, multi-effects, tap function and memory for user parameter settings.

Aside from 100-mm logarithmic-taper faders it boasts an illuminated MIDI transport section to remote control your DAW/Sequencer on PC/Mac.
