Bubbletease boss Maurice Fulton will headline a Five Easy Pieces party at London’s CAMP next month, with the fledgling label calling on a cast of impressive talent from Hoya Hoya, Hyperdub, Pictures Music and Huntleys & Palmers in support.
The fledgling label has already impressed us with their inaugural release premiering the synth heavy sounds of Royalty, and the London duo represent on a line-up that also sees DJ sets from Illum Sphere, Auntie Flo and Ossie along with a live set from Chairman Kato.
It is however the presence of mighty Mo that should ensure roadblock status for the night with the producers enviable knowledge of clattered house and expert disco perfectly suited to a 20k soundsystem in the warehouse-esque basement space. If you think Fulton has been a bit quiet of late then you should check out the regular Bubbletease Communications releases on Juno Download.
Five Easy Pieces CAMP Basement takeover takes place on Friday, May 27.
