More acts announced for Melt
Goldfrapp, Martyn, Kode9, Holy Ghost! and Kele Okereke are among the latest acts announced for this year’s Melt festival.
Bloc Party frontman Okereke will be playing one of his first shows as “Kele”, with little known about the nature of his new solo project except that some of his new material has been produced by Cassius man Philippe Zdar.
The latest announcements join the likes of Carl Craig, Ricardo Villalobos, Massive Attack, Booka Shade and Modeselektor on the bill, with Craig set to team up with Underground Resistance man Mike Banks.
The only slice of bad news came from Liverpudlian band the Wombats, who have cancelled their appearance to focus on recording their new album.
