The Pioneer parent company present their first mixer, featuring a unique combination of digital and analogue circuits.
New from Pioneer parent company AlphaTheta, the Euphonia is the brand’s first mixer, featuring a unique rotary design with a combination of digital and analogue features. There are a few familiar Pioneer-style features here, but the Euphonia is a radical departure from any DJM-series mixer, with a four-channel rotary design, three-band channel EQs and a three-band isolator. Send FX can be applied to channels or individual bands on the isolator, while a unique Energy VIsualizer meter helps give feedback on your mix. A Rupert Neve Designs transformer on the output promises to add harmonics and character to the mixer’s sound.
The AlphaTheta Euphonia is expected to arrive in summer, priced at £3,249. You can see it in action above.
