As part of Pioneer DJ’s support for the wider musical community beyond the traditional confines of club culture, the brand’s latest mini-documentary focuses on the work of Bridges for Music. Based in Cape Town, South Africa, previous guests at the Bridges Academy in Langa Township have included Skrillex and Ed Sheehan. The Pioneer documentary, Building Bridges, explores the Academy’s work in bridging the gap between musicians from under-resourced communities and the privileged international music industry.
