SS Studio Remote Static Banner

In the spirit of social distancing, Secretsundaze have announced a new Secretsundaze Studios Remote service, which allows producers to send in their tracks for online feedback, technical and creative analysis and suggestions of tweaks to improve their sound.

Originally a London-based party launched nearly two decades ago by James Priestley and Giles Smith, Secretsundaze has grown into a label and a bigger brand, encompassing parties, music and fashion. Since 2016, they’ve also operated a production and mixing facility in east London, Secretsundaze Studios.

They explain the concept of the new service:

A concept that’s been developed over several months, in these challenging times Secretsundaze Studios Remote feels more relevant than ever, offering a detailed online feedback service from Secretsundaze Studios’ team of professional engineers, either in written form or via 1-2-1 video sessions. Both options cover detailed analysis across technical and creative aspects of tracks, plus suggestions on improvements and how to take those essential steps to finish projects.

Clients can choose from highly-structured written feedback with “time-stamped sound design, arrangement and mix-down commentary” or real-time video feedback sessions with in-house producer and engineer Nathaniel Pearn, aka DrumTalk.

For rates and information on how to submit tracks, contact studio manager Luke on luke@secretsundaze.net. Scroll down for photos of the studio and its impressive selection of vintage gear.
