Fett Burger, Jayda G and Sleep D meet on Butter Sessions

Founded back in late 2013, the Butter Sessions label from Sleep D pair Corey Kikos and Maryos Syawish has to date acted as a filter for some of the production talent currently bubbling throughout Australia. A fourth release due next month changes the focus to some degree, throwing together the collective talents of its founders, Sex Tags man DJ Fett Burger, and Vancouver’s Jayda G for the Velvet Vortex 12″. It was Fett Burger’s Trushmix site that first introduced Jayda G to our ears earlier this year with a fine selection of disco and boogie, new and old, that we can fully recommend you check out after familiarising yourself with the triplet of Velvet Vortex versions with Sleep D’s “Bud Dub” take a particular highlight.
