For those that aren’t aware, Bandcloud is a weekly round-up of the best and most interesting cuts from SoundCloud and Bandcamp, delivered to your inbox each week. Curated by Aidan Hanratty, it makes the Sisyphean task of sifting the gems from the dross that little bit easier for those of us who find it all a little too daunting. In order to celebrate Christmas, Bandcloud has hit up a number of producers featured or supportive of Bandcloud throughout the year for some exclusive tracks, resulting in the Bandcloud Christmas Compilation 2014.

The 12-track compilation features contributions from a number of names familiar and unfamiliar to us, including Anòmia co-founder Ivy Barkakati, CHRONONAUTZ and Shape Worship on the one hand, and ECODAD and Demonic Glare on the other. The compilation, which covers noise, hip-hop, rave, house and field recordings is available to stream below, and is available to download for free at Bandcamp – we also advise signing up for the weekly Bandcloud mailout here.
