Mix Mup makes a Curtain Scene

Aside from a remix for the Livity Sound project alongside fellow Leipzigger Kassem Mosse, its been a quiet year for Mix Mup but that’s not really a surprise as Lorenz Linder has never been the most prolific of artists. If you follow The Trilogy Tapes Twitter account you’ll probably be aware from the ‘upcoming TTT’ tweets Will Bankhead casually sends out he’s coaxed some more left of centre productions out of Linder following the KM/MM mini album the label issued two years. It now looks as if that promised new Mix Mup will soon be upon us, with the first slice of audio surfacing today in the shape of the typically off-kilter, downbeat and crackling production named “Curtain Scene”.
