Bell Towers returns to Public Possession with Territory

Preview the new record from the Melbourne-based producer due next month on the Munich label.

Munich record store turned label Public Possession have fast turned into one of our favourite young labels at Juno Plus, releasing three records last year from the likes of Tambien, Matthew Brown and Australian producer Bell Towers, all of which displayed the label’s love of minimalistic techno and house shot through with a unique melodic streak.

The latter of those three producers will return to Public Possession on March 15 for the label’s first release of 2014, the five-track Territory EP whose tongue-in-cheek artwork can be seen above. Available to preview below, its combination of thick analogue techno, classic Chicago house and Italo disco influences show a strong progression in the sound displayed on Bell Towers’ early releases on Internasjonal and Hole In The Sky.
