Win entry to the Don’t Be Afraid Bank Holiday blow out with Disco Nihilist and Idle Hands
We have a pair of tickets and a clutch of Don’t Be Afraid records to give away as part of Disco Nihilist’s British landing.
The Don’t Be Afraid label will host one of house music’s biggest unknowns, Disco Nihilist, for his London debut on Sunday, May 26. The enigmatic producer first tripped across the Atlantic last summer, taking his live show into Sweden, Berlin’s Panorama Bar and Frankfurt’s Robert Johnson. This time around the former Juno Plus interviewee and no nonsense Running Back stalwart’s European tour includes a debut London show on Sunday May 26 with crew members from both Don’t Be Afraid and Idle Hands providing ample DJ support.
The Maine, New York-based anchorite is one of a few producers to not let his anonymity get in the way of his music, which you can witness below with Taylor filming a live take of a freeform and improvised jam on his TR-707 and SH-101.
In addition to a pair of tickets, Don’t Be Afraid have also kindly donated copies of their 2013 12″ releases from Alis, Mr Beatnick and MGUN.
