Watch: Simian Mobile Disco – Put Your Hands Together

As previously reported, Simian Mobile Disco are gearing up to release their third studio album Unpatterns, and from what we’ve heard so far it seems like James Ford and Jas Shaw have forgone the somewhat arid take on techno they’ve been exploring in recent years for a more playful sound.

Vinyl heads might have checked the limited white label that dropped recently featuring two vocal heavy excursions in the shape of the euphoria saturated “Seraphim” and the heads down techno deepness of “Your Love Ain’t Fair”. A further glimpse at how the album is shaping up is afforded in the form of the above video for “Put Your Hands Together” directed by Hans Lo of the ISO Studios, and is described in typically rapturous PR terms as a  “mind-strobing, eye-melting animated tour de force”.
