Win: Tickets to Daedalus at Village Underground
Ninja Tune artist Daedelus will be playing at London’s Village Underground on April 13, and we have a pair of tickets to give away to one lucky reader.
As well as being among the first to utilise the grid-based Monome controller in conjunction with Max/MSP to fuel his composition and live performance, Daedelus recently debuted his own A/V contraption Archimedes, a bespoke mechanised wall of moving mirrors, which twists lights and flips images projected from its base, in time with the music, and the Village Underground show will see him bring it to the UK once again. As well as Daedelus himself, live support will be offered from Brainfeeder artist Taylor McFerrin, whilst Kutmah and A Future Without boss Throwing Snow will take up DJ duties.
In order to be in with a chance of winning, simply send the answer to this simple question to competitions@juno.co.uk with “Daedelus” as the subject line: In Greek mythology, what was the name of Daedelus’s son whose wax wings melted when he flew too close to the sun?
Entries will close on Monday, March 12 at midday (UK time) and the winner will be notified soon afterwards.
