Exclusive Abe Duque mix for Juno Plus
On the eve of the release of Live & On Acid, a double CD compilation from New York techno producer Abe Duque, we are quite pleased to present this exclusive mix from Duque for your aural delight.
Look out for some classic acid house and techno in this mix, which works as a neat opener for Live & On Acid, which features the likes of Chloe, Detroit Grand Pubahs, Mr Fingers and Nu Yorican Soul alongside a healthy clutch of his own productions. The release has been billed as Duque’s career-spanning retrospective in reverse – starting with a live set of new material and ending with the classic acid and old-school house with which he DJed at his first performances.
Duque started off producing and DJing in early 90s New York, releasing on his own Tension and Hollis Haus imprints as well as Disko B, Rapture! and Tresor.
