Dirtybird dynamo Claude VonStroke has been announced as the final headline guest for the August Bank Holiday Eastern Electrics showcase in London.

He joins a hugely impressive bill that already boasts the likes of Michael Mayer, Scuba, Thomas Fehlmann and Joy Orbison.

Claude could be safely filed away in the drawer marked “relentless innovator”. Ever since songs like “The Whistler”, “Who’s Afraid of Detroit”, “Deep Throat” and “Chimps” were released, he’s carved a name as one of the most interesting producers in house and techno, combining quirky samples with irresistibly catchy beats.
