Video: Allez Allez – Weird Science

In a match made in oddball heaven, London lab tech duo Allez Allez will team up with boutique NYC imprint Rvng for their next EP, Hideous Racket.

The video to the EPs first single “Weird Science” is a suitably strange affair, starring a couple of aliens (?) called Malu & Yarsod.

It’s been an auspicious year already for Rvng, with the recently launched its Frkwys project (in which contemporary artists buddy up with their heroes on various leftfield music projects) roundly applauded.

Things aren’t going too bad for Allez Allez either, with one half of the duo Sam Willis teaming up with Alessio Natalizia of Banjo or Freakout fame for a killer krautrock-inspired album under their Walls moniker.

Bonus digital tracks include an alternate take on “Hideous Racket”, remixes by Border Community’s deep arpeggiator Wesley Matsell, Rvng’s own panic button beat makers Pink Skull, and an epic 12 minute rework by Thee Four Horseman, the production team of Stuart Lamour (20 Jazz FunkGreats) and Nick Carlisle.

Hideous Racket will be released on June 29 via Juno Records and Juno Download.
