Baalsaal becomes Suol

Berlin label Baalsaal will see in the new decade under a new name and identity .

After nearly three years and a dozen releases from the likes of Fritz Kalkbrenner, Tigerskin, Kollektiv Turmstrasse and label bosses Chopstick and Johnjon, they will relaunch as Suol Records in 2010 under a fresh identity (oh, and a fresh mascot, Pille, pictured above).

They’ve already lined up EPs from Chopstick & Johnjon, Fritz Kalkbrenner, Till von Sein and Trickski.
